I never run out of milk now I’m with you. It’s a great service and I feel like I’m doing my bit to help the environment

My milk etc is on my doorstep before 6am great service. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to organise a delivery and although I haven’t put it to the test yet, suspending delivery for holidays looks straightforward. The milk is far better than the supermarket, and it’s nice to wake up to find it on the doorstep.

Didn't really want it. Ended up signing up by accident. Homogenised milk much prefer non-homogenised.

Only recently started getting my milk delivered but have had no issues and have been really pleased with the service

Hi my name is dawn, I have been using McQueen's Fairies for around 4 months now,I must say my husband and I were very pleased when there sales man knocked on our door to say that they were starting a delivery round in middle rasen, I would advise everyone to use McQueen's, the milk comes in nice and fresh, it's delivered by 7am , they always inform you if they haven't got the milk that you have ordered, they always leave an alternative milk,we couldn't get better service than McQueen's, I have told many people to start using McQueen's, this company is just so reliable, not only do they deliver milk you can also get fresh eggs, fresh pure orange juice, and other fresh items, I was getting fed up with buying milk from the shop as it was always on the turn,so I was forever pouring it down the sink, but since having McQueen's I can guarantee that we get fresh milk delivered twice a week, so pleased if anyone reads this message, I would advise you to start ordering from McQueen's, you won't be disappointed, I wish McQueen's luck and hope they have a good future, I will be staying loyal to McQueen's and will always be getting my nice fresh milk delivered from them, so thank you guys for knocking on my door to inform me about your deliveries xx

Never heard of this company before. One night we had loads of milk delivered to our house. We rang them the next day to say we didn’t order it and to not deliver to us again. They delivered again, so we rang them again. Then they delivered again so we left a note on the door to say please don’t deliver to us. Now we have been sent a bill for almost £50 for milk we didn’t order from a company we have never heard of. They are also asking a reference number to try and get my review removed from trustpilot. We don’t have a reference number because we never ordered from you!!

It’s a con. The moment I set up the direct debit, the milk stopped being delivered but money taken from my account. I had my milk not delivered twice in a row (the 6th and 13 th of February). Phoning them was absolutely pointless as the phone handlers had no clue why milk wasn’t delivered and when I requested them to ask the delivery drivers, they response was ‘they are a night shift, we will not be able to talk to them until Sunday’. Do the night shift workers need 3 days sleep now after their night shift? I would avoid this company. I am now looking for a local farm shop to buy the milk I need in person as relying on McQueens dairies left me and my 6 year old without any milk for breakfast for two consecutive Thursdays. It’s a con! It’s a con! It’s a con! I will be reporting them to training standards today.

Nice company to deal with, always helpful on the phone and they answer promptly. Their products are excellent especially their eggs. They deliver nice snd early and are very reliable. Cant fault them. Love having a milkman. Thank you McQueens
