We are really happy with our milk delivery from McQueens. Fresh milk is always delivered to our doorstep on time and is there ready for breakfast. The milk van and delivery driver are extremely quiet too - we were concerned that the dog would bark. It's a real treat not having to carry heavy shopping bags out of the supermarket.

Been with MqD for 5 weeks and so far have proved reliable and in good time for breakfast.(milk and eggs) Small quibble about the difficulty of removing the inner seal on the bottle top. Might be interested in other items. Occasional flyer/prompt might help. Delivers twice a week and I am enjoying not having to carry home week's worth of bottles with weekly supermarket shop.

No fuss, simple ordering and no contact. Just set up a direct debit, add your order and happy days. Book holidays, or add one off items. Highly recommended. Also the flavoured milk are lovely, as is the fresh juice, even if it is from concentrate.

We as a family have been so happy to have a milk delivery service again,( myself having grown up with this and many other services like it bakers, butchers,fruit and veg etc.) it's very nostalgic and comforting, especially when you have a very reliable and trustworthy company. Awful to set up, could never access my account, had to call and even then it didn’t let me log in. Wrong delivery sent and when we did get the right one it was delivered at 2am. Instructions left how to leave milk was ignored. Will not sign up again

Milk on my doorstep nice and early, means i can put it away before work. Easy to alter orders, the milk is so nice too, a lot tastier than supermarket milk.

Have been great for years, though no app - which would be a great modernisation. Problem is we cancelled today and had just an awful cancellation experience. It was a sales call with pressure tactics to try and make us stay. We had to ask to cancel the subscription 6 times and the handler still pushed. When we pointed out the pressure tactics, the handler wasn't put off and persisted, trying to sell orange juice?! It has badly tainted the name for us and we won't return. A better cancellation experience might have seen us going back in future.
