I really did not like the fact that it is impossible to cancel the service online I really didn't like the fact that when I called your company to cancel the service, they tried to find out my personal banking information, namely my CVV code. This is unacceptable

United Kingdom | 28 January 2025Having used this service for some time we decided to cancel. This was made very difficult by the operative trying to badger me into not canceling. After listening to her go on, I tried to interject and assert that we would still be canceling. I was accused of talking over her which was disrespectful. I understand her needing to explain the benefits of the product but badgering the customer is unprofessional. Update. The company have reached out and reviewed this situation, admitting the agent was at fault. so I feel justified and am happy with the result. Thanks Tiffany.

Only they do just chasing customers for setting up direct debit even when ask them I would like to pay manually every week. After this my deliveried has been stopped and cancelled for ,,no reason". If there a policies that account can be only closed through phone call then you should answer the phone. Last 2 days been calling you but no answer at all :-( Bad experience

United Kingdom | 28 January 2025Will be reporting separately but enraged by a delivery van from this company speeding around our housing estate in North Hykeham. I have video footage of this van speeding at what must be 40-50mph and then screeching as it reversed and turned back around. This was at 11.30-11.40pm at night and incredibly dangerous for the local community.

They are thieves.all they do is take out money from your account you never get any delivery in the end, then when you cancel the payment plan they start to threaten you to pay outstanding bills. I signed up with mcqueens in November of last year and have only received a delivery once!! Yet they have been taking money out of my account this whole time, I got so pissed and cancel the direct debit and since then have been getting threat messages and calls to pay a debt of £1.07 and claiming they will take further actions against me
