Every order has been perfect. Good dates and my favourite is the orange juice. It's just so tasty. Also when I need to amend anything the telesales agents are just the best each and everyone of them, I can't praise them enought I really can't. I definitely recommend mcqueens for all dairy and juice needs oh and eggs and cream are great too lol.xx

Was fine at first then they stopped delivering at random but kept charging me. Then i got harassed for £2 for months for milk i didn't even receive. Do not bother

I recently decided to cancel my service with McQueen Diaries to save on costs, and in the process, I feel slightly cheated. After being a loyal customer for 10 years, I never really paid attention to the amounts being taken via direct debit, assuming everything was in line with what was advertised. However, I’ve now noticed that the cost they charge me for my 2-liter weekly delivery is higher than what’s listed on their website. To make matters worse, the customer portal doesn’t show any receipts or provide any insight into my payments, further adding to the lack of transparency. It’s really disappointing to feel misled, especially after being a customer for so long, and the whole experience feels unfair.

It’s good that I will not be running out of milk and having to rush out to the shop .i ordered four pints a week and found that was one pint to much has I live on my own,McQueens is a good service bit like the days gone by having milk delivered to the door ,and I know can order more if needed with no hassle very nice people
