Just started to get deliveries from McQueen’s. Going well so far. I had to alter my order and it was easily done but was not altered immediately. It was not a problem. I think if I was going on holiday I might have to give more of an advance notification time wise.

Was very happy with our order and actually increased our order as I'd underestimated how much milk we would need. But then we received the wrong order nearly a week ago and ive emailed the company twice but have not had a reply. I'll be cancelling if we get the wrong order again tomorrow as ive already had to go out and buy more milk.

Milk always on time

I signed up for this nearly a month ago. Then found out they don’t deliver to my area, but only after I phoned them because there was no delivery. I thought this would be a good idea for me because it would make life a bit easier, while supporting a dairy directly. I was told when I phoned that I would be refunded and the person I spoke to apologised, they said it’s an issue with their online form, I was fine with this and understood there may be a delay because of the Christmas period. The person I first spoke to was helpful. Then 2 weeks later, still no refund. I phoned again at the beginning of the week and spoke to another member of staff, who said that they don’t deliver to my area (which I already knew as there was no delivery) and said that Mcqueens sent out emails and text messages re no deliveries in certain areas, this was after money would have been taken from what I can understand, but I didn’t receive any email or text about this hence the phone calls. I informed the member of staff I was speaking to that I never received an email or a text (but even if I did, i still need refunding… ) The person I spoke to was a bit argumentative and didn’t really give any good customer service. Just said they would pass it on, there was no apology over being refunded or the fact I didn’t get any communication they just said that “everyone had had emails or a text after I said I hadn’t. I know it’s not a lot of money that’s been taken, but it’s the principle. Avoid

Had a few issues with delivery but it was over the Christmas period so hopefully these issues will be resolved now

Had semi skimmed milk delivered and we needed whole milk. Customer service team immediately offered a refund on the milk and added notes to the account to ensure they deliver whole milk only in the future. I didn’t ask for the refund at all as we had the milk but so impressed with the team for their service and ensuring all details and notes needed were recorded on the system. Great example of service right!!

This is the second time I’ve been asked to review this company , that never delivered to my address nor have they refunded me. I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for my money and no response after four email enquiries. Very poor customer service.

Great to get up in the morning knowing that your milk will be there, ready and waiting. Easy to amend deliveries, all it takes is an e mail.

Since I first started having my milk delivered in late October/November it has always been waiting on my doorstep before 7am even in the bad weather we have been having I would 💯 recommend them

The guys are great who deliver to me they have brought what I ordered each time there hasn't been any billing issues product issues or delivery issues I am very pleased to be a customer of mcqueens

Love my doorstep milk delivery every week waking up in the morning to Greg milk on your doorstep the kids especially love the flavoured milk to thanks guys job well done
