Brilliant service and product

I had a very frustrating experience with McQueens Dairies. Despite multiple complaints about inconsistent milk deliveries, the issues were never resolved. On several occasions, I was charged for two bottles of milk but only received one, and sometimes the delivery didn’t arrive at all. The company assured me that the service would improve and even promised a discount for the inconvenience, but those promises were never fulfilled. After numerous calls and messages, I finally decided to cancel the service because it was simply too unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone looking for consistency or good customer service.

Ive just joined my order was a little mixed up wrong flavoured milk shake was delivered I emailed them as I didn't know if they would deliver it wrong again would just be a waste of money an milk shake really but they straight away issued a refund an milk an milkshakes is always correct an delivered on time, chocolate an strawberry milk shakes are so tasty 😋 we love them! Milkman/woman is so quite I was up and didn't even here them deliver my milk my dogs didn't even bark which is surprising! Fresh tasty milk love it thankyou mcqueens happy customer here 😀

Quality service, on time and great products

Good and exactly what I ordered came, not the best that they drop it off at 1.15am though, it's fine while it's cold but when it gets warmer it will be outside for hours

Great service and very reliable, if I had one little niggle it would be that my products are delivered a tad early which would concern me during warmer weather, other than that I am pleased with the service.

Always delivered before I get up in morning, brilliant service 👏 👍🏻

Wrong delivery address every time

Milk is perfect so much better than horrible shop and supermarket milk and you do not use bovare which is also why I moved to mcqueens. Deliveries are always great even in the terrible weather we just had. Fantastic work mcqueens I will be staying with you.

The srevice from MQueens Dairies is 2nd to none. i love the milk especially the blue top with the cream, it reminds me of my childish days in primary when we would get the milk in glass bottle the taste is just like them school days. i will never buy milk in plastic bottles ever again glass bottles are the best . thank you.

Arrive on the day. Love the milk shake

I entered my postcode on your website to check if you delivered to my area. As it said you do deliver I set up an account, entered all my details, including bank details. You took the payment from my account and then emailed me 3 days later to inform me you DO NOT DELIVER TO MY AREA, 3 days later you refunded my payment. There seems to be problems with communication within your company because today, 3 weeks later you want me to review the service you provided. Very poor service.

Brilliant service, delicious products.

Service has been excellent throughout. I’m not very good online but each time I phone I’m able to speak to someone who is helpful, polite and informative. It’s so nice getting my milk in bottles again and it tastes so good. My deliveries are both on time and correct, I would thoroughly recommend this service to anyone thinking of having goods delivered to your door step

Guy arrived at the door, very persuasive and i thought that he was a local milkman from a local dairy. i agreed to 1 week delivery. Husband didn't want it. I called them straight away to cancel as they wont let you do it my email. I cant believe how difficult and awkward they were on the phone. They said that they were a local dairy but the guy i spoke to was Scottish and obviously NOT local. He made it VERY difficult for me to cancel my order. Asking me over and over why i wanted to cancel, even though i explained numerous times. I was on the phone for over 10 minutes trying to cancel. He would not take my explanation as an answer and kept asking me why i wanted to cancel. Saying that he cant cancel the order unless he knows exactly why i wanted to cancel. He kept saying 'Are you not listening to me'! Said that he had to process everything before i could cancel. I asked if my order had been cancelled yet - he said no! He spoke over me, dismissed my concerns and was just very rude. Can't believe he works in 'customer service' The company feels like a SCAM, they want to sign you up, get your card details etc and then make it VERY difficult for you to cancel your order. Don't sign up with this company.
