We are really pleased we have started to have our milk delivered by McQueens. Excellent quality milk and orange juice. The ordering system using the “ customer portal” is very easy to use, the deliveries have been on time and no problems at all. I also called the office line about my Christmas order and the member of staff was very polite and friendly. A pleasure to speak with them. Well done to McQueens Dairies. We signed up to McQueens milk delivery around 3 months ago. It's been great! We were regularly running to the shop to pick up extra milk so it's very handy to open our door twice a week and have milk waiting for us. They also have other products available such as fresh orange juice, milkshakes, yoghurt etc which are easy to add as a regular delivery or as a one off option. Really great service!

I have been having deliveries for a while and over Xmas,, and I haven't had a problem with any of it love the fact they are here on my doorstep so early, so I'm not without having a brew when I'm going to work thankyou

Great having my milk delivered, and it's excellent milk, and no worries about the shops running out (problem solved) very quiet milkman/woman.

Every delivery has arrived on time. Setting up the delivery was easy and amending the standing order was also easy to do via the website. Very happy with service so far and will continue to use it.

Very happy with the service. I had to cancel 1 week and it was so straightforward to do.

ZERO STARS! Absolutely disgusting people and liars. I have all the emails as evidence. They offer a "50% off code" but only send half of the milk. When I asked them I was told "the code was a mistake" and they refused to send me any milk. I then cancelled but they sent me more milk so I refused to touch the milk and now they want £1.20 from me. When I said I am not paying because you owe me milk and I cancelled before they don't reply but instead send me threatening emails saying they will take me to court and send men to my house late at night demanding money. Unfortunately for them I have everything on CCTV, and I will infect be taking them to court. Stay well clear from these disgusting people.

Do not touch them with a barge pole. Trying to charge over a tenner for a pint of milk. Nearly every order wrong. And took weeks to respond to emails.

Delivered on time

Chaotic. Cancelled before first delivery because of failure to ensure no emissions feeds are in the chain and trying to secure a refund for payment is tortuous.

As we are in our 80s getting our milk deliveried is really appreciated. It saves having to carry heavy milk bottles when we go for the messages. We find that our order is ideal as it does us up to our next delivery so that works out fine for us.

Had a little bit of a hiccup at the beginning but responded quickly and no issues. Milk at my door early morning. Satisfied with service.
