I’ve been looking at getting a card machine for a little while and was recommended by my cousin to use this company. I’m so glad I did as Dean Scott was absolutely great! He booked me in very quickly and was amazing at explaining everything to me! His customer service was outstanding and he has also kept in touch a-few times since to make sure I’m getting on ok, which is lovely! Will 100% recommend to other companies! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wouldn't usually give a review this fast, but Dean Scott rocked up today with my sparkly new card machine. Explained it all clearly and I'm up and running. Dean was great and very approachable. Customer service excellent. So far, would definitely recommend.

From the start the office were very responsive and helpful. Got me booked in ASAP, then had Dean Scott as my representative. Great guy no pressure tactics only there to advise and inform. Great Service and team.

Wow, great sales pitch from Lee answered all my questions have being using them for all our card sales for over a week now with no issues. Tried customer services call answered in 3 rings.

I moved to saltpay after 5 years with another supplier. I had been trough a few terminal suppliers and though I was getting a good deal with my rates. Ben Martin from Saltpay took the time to explain the statement to me and made me aware of all of the hidden charges I was paying. I moved over to Saltpays more honest model and have been using it for the past month. I made a complaint to my previous supplier over some of the more unfair charges (now that I understand them) and got a refund of over £300 back from them. Thank you saltpay for being honest, upfront and knowledgeable.

Andy miller came in and sorted a great deal with me. Dispute being offered a better deal elsewhere, I went with him because he was honest and helped me through the process. Kyle

Mike was so helpful and knowledgable of the product There was no pushiness and afterwards came in for a follow up to make sure everything was ok. I’m really happy with the product itself and Mike is only a phone call away if I ever need him

We are a small butchers shop who started using Salt Pay around 3 months ago. Maxim was very helpful and efficient in getting us set up and still checks in with us regularly to see how we're getting on. We are happy with how the machine is working as it's easy to use and quick too. We also use the payment link via text feature too which is an added bonus as we were using Sum Up before. The only downside to Salt Pay is no American Express payments but can't complain when it's only 1% fee!
