Apart from promised a phone call when goods were to arrive for me to collect,( didn’t happen) the service I received was excellent and the goods were of good quality. I would certainly be using this company again and would recommend this business.

Great showrooms, great delivery windows and even though had a couple of cracked tiles (from 750kg worth of tiles) the pace of response to resolve was excellent!

Update…. Easy bathrooms kindly sent me a new unit, which is perfect, their items are very lovely I’ve had so many compliments on the unit. Vanity unit arrived with 3 areas of damage as I have a disabled child I had to install the unit but I emailed them straight away and their response was you’ve installed it now so it’s too late, so disappointed item wasn’t cheap I would expect better quality and service!

Recent bathroom purchase - Great service from all the team in the Wakefield branch, they have gone above and beyond to accommodate the changes, finding different products, taking pictures, updating plans so we could reach a point where we were truly happy with our new bathroom. The attitude of nothing is an issue and providing honest feedback on suggestions made the process is much easier. Thanks Guys great job

We went into the Stratford Upon Avon branch to design our en-suite. Staff were very helpful and guided us through the process. Will definitely be using this branch again for other bathrooms

We went in to store gave our measurements and asked for the staff member (a tiler) to work out what tiles we would need for our bathroom in order to have that design, only to be told by our tiler that there wasn’t enough so therefore had to spend a further £500 plus delivery in order to have it the way we discussed with staff member, thankfully the tiles are stunning but really didn’t foresee having to pay over £1500 in total for tiles for our small bathroom, very misleading advice in store! (Delivery driver fantastic!)

We recently purchased items from the Easy Bathrooms store in Bracknell for 2 bathrooms. We were assisted by Poppy who was absolutely fantastic. Her knowledge, patience and customer service was exceptional. The range of items, suppliers, sizing, colours, pricing, finish to select from is vast. Poppy knew the options we had on each item, by expertly flicking through a huge catalogue and saving us time and stress to select what we needed. Poppy also expertly collated and structured all our items so we knew we had no gaps. Poppy has only been at the store for 5-6months. What an asset to Easy Bathrooms, to the Bracknell store and customers. I would highly recommend Easy Bathrooms Bracknell and especially getting assistance from Poppy.

against our better judgment we went back to easybathrooms and spent another few thousand on another bathroom (see prev review) ordered and told it would be delivered to our house monday, nothing arrived, rang them,they said sorry we have accidently ordered it to store can you collect it :/ sure, get there, the truck has broken down and wont be delivered there today,but will be there first thing in the morning, it is now midday and still not there and the store said the delivery company are not responding to there messages, bathroom fitter has been there 2 days now with nothing to do, fool me once shame on you fool me twice.... worse company every

Nigel and Amy at the Stratford upon avon, store were amazing from start to finish, this was the first bathroom place we visited and didn’t even consider going anywhere else, after then comparing prices after they were also the cheapest, great experience all round
