William from the Oxford store was very supporting from the beginning right to the end of our bathroom refurbishment. He was very understanding and patient throughout the various re-designs we had to do until we were able to find a solution for our desired design. During the refurbishment he quickly helped resolve any issues and product changes, which was a priceless service! He also arranged any refund due without the headache. All in all a great team member of Easy Bathrooms who we were fortunate to have as our bathroom representative.

Got the appointment quick. Good advice , managed to see everything in the excellent showrooms. Reasonably quick delivery. They were able to accommodate a last minute change of plan.

An excellent product which arrived on time and was packaged carefully.

Arrived at easy bathrooms late and they were still willing to help even though they were about to go home so thank you very much. Tiles were available as promised. We collected the tiles and they look amazing!. Easy bathroom even suggested a few tips that we can use. Thank you for that.

Doing a refurb so went to easy bathrooms to order a bathroom. Had it delivered a few weeks before plumber came to fit in. Their policy is to examine all good as you only have short space of time to report any damage. So we opened well packed boxes the best we could checked toilet sink unit it was in and the wall unit for wall to match sink which is very very heavy. We examined the front while it was laid in the box did not want to take out of boxes as need to keep it protected. So it was fitted and inside the cupboard was all busted at the back where it was screwed together. Bit sickening because not cheap. All they say is too late to do anything about it! SO BE WARNED FOLKS. THEY HAVE A WAREHOUSE AT WAKEFIELD THAT IS FULL OF DAMAGED GOODS SO OBVIOUSLY-ITS NOT A ONE OFF

Brought my dream bathroom. Nigel at the Stratford upon Avon store went above and beyond to help me plan and design exactly what I was looking for, for less than my budget! Great quality products and fantastic service. Would highly recommend the store.

We visited the Thanet store and were happy with the service, we then placed our order for a full 4 piece bathroom refurb in October for delivery in January. The bathroom fitter was booked for the week after delivery - the refurb started and the bathroom was stripped. We then discovered we had not received a sink, vanity or bath panel. We spoke with the team at the store and were told that we should have been informed that these items were out of stock. Not expected to be delivered now until Feb. A replacement item was not suitable and so we have no choice but have an incomplete bathroom. The project will now take 4 weeks plus and the inconvenience of having to reschedule a tradesman to come back. I have emailed a complaint to customer services and am awaiting a reply. We did plan to use Easy Bathrooms for another project but at this point, I am reconsidering due to this avoidable mistake.

Easy Bathrooms offers a wide range of bathroom designs. John was extremely helpful in designing my two bathrooms and providing advice. Overall, it was a great and easy (the company is certainly living up to its name) experience. Totally recommend it. Keep it up!

Excellent staff, answered all questions and provided good, practical advice. Wide selection of products, all good quality. Delivery was quick and our whole project (Rebuild downstairs Loo) was sourced from easy Bahrooms and went well.

If I was just rating the showroom staff and, in particular Jonathan, it would be a 5 star review. However there were hiccups when I had to organise redelivery of a slightly damaged item, and quickly there was noticeable discolouration on the heaviest used items in the bathroom (which slightly reduced my rating). Jonathan and the showroom staff are absolutely lovely, really helpful and informative - always trying to go the extra mile for you. In fact, they were the ones who sorted my issues with redelivery. In terms of the quality, as mentioned I quickly saw discolouration on the heaviest used items in the bathroom (black tap, black overflow cover and black sink cover). However overall I am currently really happy with the bathroom. The company has a wide range of options, so it is a lot easier to build a bathroom that is close to your vision. Would recommend, although might suggest considering switching out black sink fixtures.

Overall the bathroom items are fine and the price was competitive. But one of the items was unavailable le and I was told 1 day before delivery which was 3 days before fitter started. To be fair they helped me sort it quickly. The day delivery slot is all you get, which in today's tech world seems poor. I think delivery updates should be a minimum really. Fi ally the items are literally dumped at kerbside which OK I could cope with but not for anyone not fully fit.

Andy at Crewe was very helpful designing the bathroom and took time to show me display items similar to those I chose.

Hi Craig at your Crewe branch was amazing, we went with no real idea of what we wanted but he walked us through everything and we came out with a list of all that we needed, and to say that nothing was to much trouble would be an understatement, he was friendly polite and very knowledgeable of all things bathroom Thank you
