Having looked at many companies we decided to chose Easy bathrooms due to them offering to do the complete works. Jonathan the salesman explained everything I'm such detail which gave us the confidence to order. Juliano completed all works over a couple of weeks to strip out and complete the new install what a lovely guy who did a first class job, honestly couldn't recommend this company and staff enough, thank you all Alan and Marian 2 extremely happy customers

Absolutely 0% customer service having drawn our plans and sent pictures to be told you have a appointment the following week .When arriving at 1pm our appointment time into the showroom we was told to walk around and look and some bathroom ideas which we didn't want to do so after asking again to see someone, we was then asked who the booking was with apparently someone called Peter.' Oh peter isn't in today so no one else can see you today we can only go over ideas that you like but can't plan it for you .' Well no we specifically came today after sending our plans a week ago . Absolutely shocking service

Easy Bathrooms just finished a total refurb on my family bathroom. My contact was Saabir at the Brentford showroom who was outstanding and made the whole process enjoyable and seamless. This young guy will go far and his employers are lucky to have him! The plumber/fitter was so tidy and finished the bathroom to an immaculate standard. 5 stars all around.

What went wrong. Who put EASY in Bathrooms. I ordered and paid for a shower, shower cubicle, foot tray & toilet at a cost of £1,082 in your sale and as you were about to have a showroom refit, as we were not having it fitted straight away we were told Easy Bathrooms would store it for us until after Christmas, when we said we would have it picked up they had lost it all, they didn’t know where it had gone, so after a lot of heated discussion Easy. Bathrooms came back to us with are you ready for this, “ you pay us another £200 and we will replace it all with new” what a cheek, after a few choice words we did get new replacements. No recommendations from us.

Straightforward and easy. Item as described, arrived when expected. Nothing else to say.

Convenient location with good parking. Brochures were useful but the store is massive with lots of bathroom displays. Knowledgable and friendly staff who were able to guide and advise. Christos created a very good CAD which enabled us to visualise and update the proposed design. Delivery driver was great at working around some adverse parking. Being fitted as I type, looks great and can’t wait to try it out.

I visited the shop in Watford on Sunday and the 2 guys there were busy but so helpful, I took the information that I needed and my fitter ordered on Monday. The stuff looks great.

Ordered tiles and a lot came damaged on delivery, I contacted the customer service team. Donna and Laura were really helpful and have arranged replacements for delivery at the earliest possible time which suits us. Excellent customer service and the products and price were really good.

Bought a bathroom from Easy Bathrooms Lichfield. Staff were very helpful. Items delivered as agreed, all in new condition. Good price. Also very helpful when we found one item wasn't suitable - swapped it no problem. Very happy to deal with them again. Thanks.

Had a small issue with ordering sample tiles. Donna was fab, sorted it out straight away. Excited to get the samples and really hope we buy from this company as so far their customer service has been great and I haven’t even ordered anything yet!

Excellent service at Oxford showroom .ordered Moxby 1400mm sliding door, and 900mm side panel ,and anti-slip shower tray. all delivered on time, as stated on delivery date.All now fitted by mysel. and I can say the unit is excellent quality, and very satisfied with the new addition .
