went into the showroom in Hove and chose the bathroom i wanted. Paid for it and agreed a delivery date. later the same day i recieved an e mail ( 5~30 ) saying the radiator, the vanity unit and toilet were all out of stock. They offered me alternatives but they are not what i want. Took my money and now they cannot be bothered. BEWARE OF THIS SUPPLIER, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THATS IT. However having spoken with customer service the company has compensated me for the inconvenience. The station had a mutually agreed outcome.

Great experience with Antony Davies at the Brackley branch. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble.

My plumber has now asked for a replacement cartridge for the sink. He has been provided with the same part that I was, which doesn't fit the Tap. In the end I've just bought a new mixer tap from elsewhere and had that installed. I can only assume Easy has a spare parts issue. The order no was Sales Order 1645397. This was placed early Feb last year. I believe from memory the part finally arrived in April with phone calls & emails in between. The original bathroom with the Zane Mixer Tap is under Sales Order 594107 in 2019.

Purchased sink and vanity unit from Easy Bathrooms Solihull showroom, the unit has since cracked at the bottom and customer service have been absolutely awful. Poor quality products at high end prices. Avoid!

Bloody awful service. Delivery booked, called by them and confirmed delivery address but still they sent it to the invoice address Driver said wasn’t his problem, could leave it there or take it back and I’d have to rebook There office was no help either basically blamed me. Plumbers waiting on site, so having to pay for a wasted day. No apologies or offer of compensation Little or no customer service

Wow.....what amazing service. I've been dealing with Amy at the Stratford upon Avon branch. Knowledge, advice and service from her has been second to none. She has great ideas and is also extremely patient, especially as we've changed our minds on numerous occasions. An absolutely great ambassador for the Company. If only everyone was this pleasurable to deal with.

Great that there’s 2 showrooms within easy reach of Stratford, so you can see most of the range of fittings and tiles as well as lots of bathrooms, that really help with design ideas. Easy Bathrooms Stratford supplied everything we needed for two bathrooms. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially with a number of items that needed replacing or refunding- which was all done without hassle.

"I had a disappointing experience with the Ipswich store. I ordered specific tiles, but they ordered and sent the wrong ones. To make matters worse, they refused to accept a return or provide a refund, even though the mistake was theirs. This lack of accountability and poor customer service has been very frustrating. I would not recommend this store based on my experience."

Whilst we were unable to purchase tiles as they needed to be ordered in advance. We did purchase grout and adhesive under advise from the Sales team at a very good price Great service

Staff at the Stafford branch were amazing, kind and friendly and endlessly patient with my parents who are looking to re-fit a bathroom to make it more accessible. Connor was brilliant, knowledgeable and long suffering in equal measure! And in the end the price was perfect, would recommend you in an heartbeat

The showrooms are excellent. Well displayed and lots to choose from. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I have knocked a star off, as whilst we are delighted with our purchase, I did feel £38 delivery charge was excessive just for a bath panel.

Abysmal and crap. South Shields store. Missing items from our order, notably a cistern. Asked to take a photo. Yes take a photo of a missing item!! Unbelievable. Then asked did we take a photo of the stuff when it arrived! Then inevitable costly delay waiting for missing items. Incorrect measurement by Easy Bathrooms professional which meant more money to pay out (£64) and more delay despite it being their mistake. Never use this company again. Abysmal once they’ve got your money.

I have used the Boston store many times and as a trader, I can honestly say that the ladies there are extremely helpful. I can send my customers in to the store and know they will be looked after with the best service possible. I would highly recommend (and have done) any customer looking for a new bathroom or tiles to use these guys. I have not had problems with any of their products.

Excellent service from start to finish. Did the bathroom design from scratch, changed the layout a little and all for the better. Gary @ Derby store was excellent at the design stage and kept good communication all the way through. Delivery was spot on and bang in schedule. Overall a great experience
