best friendly service

Cloakroom furniture and fittings meant to be delivered today. Several phone calls to Seacroft store where we ordered it and then customer services. Pushed from pillar to post. Order never arrived. No contact from them saying there was a problem. Don’t they have a process to follow through …. Crazy! Fitter booked from tomorrow to work in our home whilst I have to go away but nothing to fit!!! Run a mile from this company. Couldn’t be more disappointed If I owned this company, I’d want to know its failings so if you read this, contact me. Wendy Morley

Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Contacted the manufacturer on our behalf to clarify an installation query. Ordered our electric shower, very competitive price and quick, efficient delivery. Very pleased. Would certainly recommend and will use this company again in the future.

Good quality items at good price

Just tried to return a box of tiles to be told store can't take returns. Unhelpful staff suggested try Web site but totally disinterested. To return you have to send copy of invoice, order number, a photo. Somebody will contact in 48 hours. Not impressed. Customer service response same day and resolved the issue by explaining procedure and reasons for it. Refund being processed. Thanks

We decided to completely refurbish our downstairs bathroom. We visited a broad range of bathroom retailers looking at products. Easy Bathrooms Westward Cross Broadstairs was far and away the best retailer with numerous bathroom designs and styles erected within the store. This proved to be invaluable in helping us to make an initial choice of style , design and products for our refurbishment. We had a very productive planning meeting with Kenny who was extremely helpful in helping us visualise our options on the 3D design software and reach an informed decision. Kenny provided excellent sales service and advice that helped us consider all the options and to refine our initial choices. There was no hard sell just well judged professional expert support. The ordering process and financing was straight forward, completed on the same day. As with any project there were a couple of unexpected challenges. On stripping out the bathroom we discovered that the plumbing layout was not as expected, as a result we had to change the shower tray. Also on the day that products were due for delivery we were informed that the Delivery truck had broken down in Wakefield. The mark of a good company is how they deal with issues, in this case Kenny as our primary point of contact and Easy Bathrooms were excellent. The change of shower tray was managed seamlessly. Easy bathrooms cancelled the delivery charge , they then arranged for our products to be delivered by special pallet courier the following morning at no cost to us , minimising the impact on our installation time line. On the 27th January we confirmed the purchase of all the required products from Easy Bathrooms. With the excellent work by our own product installer the refurbishment of our bathroom was completed on the 14th February. We are extremely happy with the end product.

Aftersales was very poor especially when making a claim for faulty items

Recently purchase bathroom items from Easy Bathrooms, Nottingham. Everyone in there was super friendly.. Mike is the person we dealt with from product help to purchasing. He is brilliant and couldn't recommend more. He was so thorough and explained everything from products to even being understanding when we needed to change a few things, nothing was too much trouble at all..

Derby, Ascot Drive branch I wasted pretty much a whole morning being ignored and given the run around by sales people who tbh were lacking in knowledge about what they were selling. They spent more time on facebook or playing games on their phones than making an effort to help customers, why this business is open, god only knows. If they were my staff they would be looking at the door. With over 25k to spend on 2 bathrooms I find it appalling, the lack of interest from there staff. I will not be going back and I certainly will not be recommending them to any of my work colleages.

A great experience. Harry at Easy Bathrooms Hove was extremely helpful and knew a lot about what would work for both our en suite and main bathroom. He has a very relaxed approach which made us both feel an ease without any pressures of making decisions. Harry's communication was excellent and he was able to help us design the most beautiful bathrooms. 100% recommend.
