I have sent them my bag brand new but unfortunately they keep the bag for 60 days then during this time which they suggest a price for less then retail price for %35. No problems but very two weeks they will keep reducing bag price and so and so. don't sell them anything much better to sell it for less cash then keep burning my staff. they also returning the bag with no invoice and original pack.

My husband purchased me a tiffany ring as I’ve been diagnosed with an awful disease. We have very little money but he wanted to do this regardless. He got himself into £700 debt only to receive an email that this non refundable item has duty tax of almost £250 and he won’t receive it unless paid. This is something which was not made clear at all as it clearly states on his email receipt free shipping and free Insurance. This is the most disgusting unprofessional service I have ever come across. In our difficult times and my health not promised and a man with such troubles, I find no words to explain the additional stress this is causing. Disgusting!!
