Just the best….. thanks guys my daughter loved loved loved her bag. Was spot on as you described, was the fasted delivery ever again thank you, teenagers and patience don’t exists !!! I had an issue my end that was my mistake and they were very fast to reply and help me to fix it for me. Will defo be ordering from you beautiful people again… thanks love friend England ❤️

PEOPLE BE AWARE!this campany is scam ,i sent my bags for sell which i bought the from ariginal shops,they paid for DHL to come pick which was suspicious,but the i received email that my iterms are non authentic and i should psy 100£ per iterm or they keep the bags ,its abvious theft and probbaly internal internation money laundering pretending to sell goods.fake fake stay away

Shoe sizes are for women with very tiny and narrow feet. Even though is size 9 or 39, it won't feet a regular size 9. Also, when purchasing, it says shipping location is USA. But when I received it, it was shipped from Dubai. I already returned my purchase yesterday. Paid $35 just to ship back to Dubai.

Update (3/6/25): TLC customer service promptly reached out to me in response to my review and offered me a partial refund to ensure a positive experience. I asked for additional money back in exchange for an updated review, and Harsh was able to honor my request. Overall, I’m pleased with the outcome and will repair the broken heel tip of my gorgeous CL pumps, now fairly priced. I am genuinely impressed with Harsh - he understands the value of stellar customer service, his email correspondence was not scripted like so many other companies, and he seems to care about customer satisfaction. If more companies employed reps like Harsh, the world would be a happier place :) Original review (2/28/25): The TLC app works really well and shipping time was fantastic. I will likely buy from them again. The black studded CL pumps looked flawless online but I noticed a couple of things not mentioned in the product listing: 1. It appears that the seller repaired/painted over some scuffs on the stiletto heel of each shoe - I get it, many of my heels have scratches on the heels from slipping between cracks in the sidewalk, etc. 2. The heel tip/nub broke on one of the shoes during my first wear - indoors, carpeted, on my feet for 4-5 hours - leading me to believe the original owner replaced them with cheap tips before selling. I own the exact pair of shoes in a different color, purchased direct from the designer, and have worn them dozens of times - the heel tips are still in tact. I paid about 2/3 of the retail cost for the used pair and realistically paid too much given the “repairs”. If the seller had been more honest and fair in pricing, this would have been a 5-star experience. I can fix the heel tip - it’s the principle of the situation that bothers me.

Stay away from this Company. Don't sell through them and read all the other reviews before you buy through them as well. If you recall a consignment item, they don't return it during the timeframe they confirmed it will be. Item withdrawn on the 11th of February, which was promised to be returned within 7 business days, today is the 20th of February (8 Business days later) and unfortunately it has still not been delivered at 8pm at night, so safe to say promise and commitment made by the Company was not met. Beware that when they do sell an item of yours, they not only take a heavy commission on your item price, they will keep your money for more than a month to earn interest on top of the heavy commission as well, so consider yourself very lucky if you actually do get your item returned to you and it remains to be seen if money is paid out for a sale. Not worth it and it's clear their promises made do not match their actions. There are better options available. Update: Recalled item delivered at 10pm AFTER a negative review on Trustpilot. Dear LC the main reason for the review was your inability to deliver according to your commitment made on 11th of Feb. Comment about payment and TC taking a very high margin PLUS earning additional interest on their client's money still very valid! Dear TC, according to your own admission you didn't keep to your delivery time frame. Delivery date should have been on the 19th of February, so if I didn't post this review you would still not have delivered the recalled item, which came back covered in dust and sand btw. Enough said. Your internal timelines do not match your delivery, plus your clients need to know upfront and in clear terms how much profit you take from them. Such as your payment terms set in such a way that allow you to withhold payment for another 35-45 days to earn a further income on the client's money which you received immediately on the sale.
