They claimed to not have received 2 emails from us even if the evidence shows otherwise which is a conundrum because prior to the complaint email, they received emails just fine. That's an outright indicator of their values (OR LACK THEREOF). Their store policies do not make sense for consumers, it is only for their own interests. Not their sellers, not their buyers. They also masquerade as legit global business but in reality, they are very regional and do not have global standards. Aside from reading the fine print before working with these guys, because they will hide behind this when defending their absolutely lousy and self serving values, on top of lying and manipulating facts, definitely check their competition first. There are so many alternatives out there whether you are in Dubai and especially if you are shopping from the UK, US, and major cities. Their standards are not global, you will be sorely disappointed with service and quality. Company values are definitely mediocre, self serving mentality. Their fine print says it all but more than that, their thieving, lying choices to deal with a customer complaint speak volumes about how they really are. THEY DESERVE TO BE REPORTED TO CUSTOMS, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND OTHER GOVT ENTITIES WHO DEAL OUTSIDE THE UAE SO THEY CAN STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE AND LEAVING PEOPLE WITH NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY THE COSTS OF DEALING WITH THEM.

United Kingdom | 25 August 2020I was probably just unlucky with my purchase. I Ordered Christian Louboutin shoes and the description of the shoe wasn’t what was delivered to me. I do not recommend this for people living in the UK as you have to pay additional duty to have it delivered £60+. Returns have to also be made within two days and the return process seems to be a hassle and is not free.
