Recently I was in Dubai for a very short trip and got to know about The Luxury closet. I ordered a LV tote bag and to my surprise I got the item delivered to me like a flash. I never knew with TLC the service could be so fast. Thank the luxury closet for the lovely bag and faster delivery.

Terrible, terrible, terrible service! LC sold my shoes for the price less which I planned. I said ok, but again surprise..... they sent me only 50% of payout price. Before they said that my bank made some deductions but i sent them bank confirmation that they don't. Now LC ignore my messages as I demand all of amount or my shoes back. If their bank make some deductions it's not my problem, it's their problems. LC sold my shoes for 260$, my payout is 128$, they earned from them 130$ but sent to me only 66$. It's called fraud if they don't want solve the problems and ignore any contacts and didn't informed me about deductions. Their bank - it's their problems. My bank - mine. But they just want to earn money with any ways!

They are horrible...bought something from them from tradesy.com they took my money...never sent the item...left about 6 messages and no response...NEVER AGAIN

As a seller consigning items the service is terrible. They quote payouts and once the item is collected they reprice and reduce it so you are forced to accept. The response is so slow to anything that doesn't suit them. The customer service really let's them down. They obviously want to impress buyers so perhaps service is better. My experience as both buyer and seller is not a happy one.

First of all, I would like to say CONGRATS. I made my first purchase 2 weeks a go, The experience was amazing. Actually it was very suspicious to me because my t-shirt still smelling like new, shipping was very fast, faster than expected considering I live in U.S. and it came from DUBAI. the product was very accurate with the description. Even everything was so incredible that I doubt the authenticity of the product. But the item was 100% original. I was so happy and I decided to buy another similar item and then...it was the same, everything was so cool, description, item condition, price. I def will buy again.

Still nervous, I decided to take a chance on an item I wanted. Beautiful pair of Gucci Mules. Item was EXACTLY as described. I was so happy with the purchase and love the item. It was a super easy transaction. Nothing to it. Only thing I’d want or suggest is.. I just wish Website would take Apple Pay to make it even more easier. Just a click of the button. Shopping is usually a decision in that moment. Usually if I have to get a card I’ll come back later but lose interest in the between stages or look for something that does take Apple Pay. Other then that, sooooo happy! Really happy! I forgot the date I purchased them. In September. So I just added any date below.

DON'T CONSIGN YOUR CLOTHES WITH THIS COMPANY. They bill you to return the items that they refuse, they bill HUGE shipping and custom fees, and if you want an item back that has been accepted, you receive a bill that is more expensive than the "luxury item" itself. THIS IS A SCAM. It is to be avoided at all cost.
