Love cozey!! I purchased a couch and area rug. Originally purchased the couch as a four seater, when I got it into the space I realized I needed one end to be a chaise. I contacted customer support and easily arranged an exchange. Couch cushions are easily washed or just wipe them with a damp cloth to take off dog hair. The area rug has a puzzle piece together under-pad that has a bit of a grippy surface which keeps the rug in place perfectly and makes it very comfortable to walk on. The system is much easier to work with than other popular washable rug brands. My only suggestion for the rug shop is more pictures or video. It’s hard to match up colors online and video with different lighting would really help. I can’t say enough how great the products and how great my experience has been.

Cozey was very communicative, and the experience of putting together the couch we ordered was quick and painless! We've spent lots of time curled up on the couch over the holidays, and are very happy with it!

This was my first time ordering from Cozey, and the negatives outweighed the positives. I ordered a 3-seater Ciello XL sofa with a chaise extension in Sunset Beige. On the positive side, the Cozey customer service team was friendly, responsive, and worked hard to resolve issues that arose with my order. The sofa was well-packaged, although some of the boxes very large and cumbersome for one person to handle. The assembly instructions were easy to follow, and I was able to assemble the sofa on my own. The sofa portion of the Ciello XL is comfortable and generously-sized. I also really like how Cozey offers modular options that can be customized and changed over time. The price point is also accessible and the Sunset Beige fabric appears to be pretty durable. Unfortunately, Cozey’s choice of delivery partner turned this experience into an overwhelmingly frustrating one. Not only did my order arrive later than the estimated delivery time, but my sofa was only partially delivered. The missing part was a backrest, which meant my sofa could only be partially assembled. The missing backrest was subsequently delivered several days later to a neighbouring condominium building to which I had no access. The delivery partner made no attempt to rectify their error but the Cozey customer service agent tried handling the situation the best they could. After this frustrating delivery experience, the Cozey customer team was able to offer a small discount as compensation for the overall frustration and inconvenience. In terms of other negatives, I’ve had my sofa for more than 3 weeks now and the chaise extension cushion has noticeably less volume than the other sofa cushions. The chaise extension cushion is delivered in a fully-compressed roll and Cozey specifically states that it will take about 2 weeks for the cushion to take its full size. However, after more than 2 weeks, the chaise portion of my sofa still sits visibly lower than the rest. The chaise cushion also sits over a seat extension that you can feel underneath you as you lounge on the chaise, which is quite uncomfortable. I find myself sitting on the sofa portion of my Ciello XL and seldom using the chaise portion because the chaise is noticeably less comfortable. I’m hoping the cushion will continue to expand and that the comfort issue will improve with time.

The customer experience leading up to a purchase is great (friendly, in-person service and good quality products). However, they need to invest in the post-purchase experience to ensure customer loyalty. I’m not sure I would ever purchase again from Cozey because of the long wait times (purchased in October but delivered at the end of December) and lack of communication from the delivery service. While the way the delivery company (Canpar) operates might be out of Cozey’s direct control, their partnership has a huge impact on the customer experience. I would have appreciated better communication with the delivery service and even flexibility around choosing my delivery date and time like other competitors. To add - it looks like the Cozey instructions are flawed! There is no clear indication of which side of the sofa to begin assembling. We tried assembling it over the course of two weeks. After reading some posts on Reddit, we learned that we have to begin assembling the sofa from the right side (if you're sitting on the couch, it's the side on the right).

You really need to stop asking me to review my experience when i only received 6 of 8 boxes of my couch delivery! Yes i like the colour and the quality seems great and customer service where polite and friendly. But that doesn’t change the fact that i don’t have the arms and a couple legs for my couch, nor do i have the ottoman. I was counting on using the pullout for guests over Christmas, but it doesn’t stay together without the arms to hold it in place. Plus one seat has no feet. Partial delivery was received on the 20th, it’s now the evening of the 30th. Doubtful there will be a delivery on the 31st/1st. So no idea when I’ll be getting the remaining two boxes. I’m tempted to say come and get it, I’ll take a refund!

I placed an order for three items, but the delivery process has been disappointing. The website showed a delivery date a month earlier than what was communicated in the order confirmation email for two items. For the third item, I received an email stating it had been shipped and would arrive within 2-3 days. However, 10 days have passed, and there has been no update other than it being "in transit." I tried reaching out to the shipping company, Canpar, but after waiting over 35 minutes with no estimated wait time or callback option, I had to hang up in frustration. I’m now left in limbo, unsure of when or if I’ll receive my eagerly awaited furniture. The lack of clear communication and inefficient customer support has been deeply frustrating.

One of my cushions did not hold up as expected. I was pleasantly surprised to have the full cushion replaced without having to go through hundreds of steps to prove that it was not holding up as expected. What a great company that stands by its commitment to product quality.

Well constructed outdoor sectional. Reasonably easy to put together. Came with an extra piece that was not needed. Fabric on the cushions seems good- has held up well to being left outside in pacific northwest fall with lots of rain. Dries off quickly and does not seem to have aged much.

The workers were very friendly and patient, they made the shopping experience almost feel like shopping at a Porsche dealership. We had to make multiple visits to settle on what the board of directors (my girlfriend and all her personalities) wanted, and each visit they treated us well and not like customers who waste their time. We finally landed on a set and the checkout process was seamless. Delivery was also faster than anticipated and just in time for a get together I was hosting. Their customer service was also great during that time when delivery got missed initially. They respond quickly. So from A to Z, thank you Cozey team.

Ordered September 10th. Still waiting on deliver and it's December 30th. No updates on backorders or anything. Just left in limbo. They're even spamming my email for a review and I've not received the product yet. 0/10 experience. Wouldn't order again.

This is the PERFECT couch for my living room!!! The storage in every seat has made my home way more organized, and I absolutely love that I can change the color of it whenever I want. Truly the couch I've been needing for so so long!!

All of my boxes came quickly and were delivered mostly together. The installation process was easy and they are so much sturdier than I imagined! One of my boxes didn’t have one of the back cushions, but this was quickly resolved by customer service. Thank you Corey!

Easy to order, delivery was done in a timely manner (even with a shipping hiccup). The customer service was above and beyond helpful with our shipping concern (bad weather, missed connections). The boxes are well packed for travel and make it convenient to house all the parts needed to build the sofa ourselves. Assembly was easy. Need two people if you have mobility or small stature to move the boxes to your sofa location. My eight year old helped put it together and found it fun and easy. And I quote, once she was done said « Maman, now I know why Cozey company called themselves that. This couch is Cozey! » We love our new 2 seater couch. The color is nice and not too blue. The fabric is soft and the cushions just right for our needs.
