It's disappointing that after less than a year the couch has totally lost its shape. The back and arm cushions need to be fluffed almost daily, but that's fine, they more or less hold their shape. It's just unfortunate that the actual seat cushions just deteriorate and really hold onto your butt print. Definitely not as comfortable a few months in than it was on day one. It's disappointing as this was a big purchase for us.

Great delivery, pretty easy to assemble, nice colour choices, comfy, nice deep seats. After having the atmosphere for a year and a bit One thing im finding is the fabric pills and snags easily.different fabric would be a better option but overall very happy. Love that we can switch up the configuration and it can grow with us.

I love my new rug! It is beautiful. The ordering process was excellent and the rug arrived very fast, even during our recent postal strike. I will order again and do highly recommend!

We subtracted a few stars related to the chaise/plateau being more uncomfortable than the rest of the sectional. They say the cushions should take 14 days to fully inflate. But I would’ve preferred an option to already have it inflated to experience the best comfort right away. Additionally I while I do like the modular design, I don’t like that there was no mention pre-purchase about needing room to store large components not in use (2 regular cushions and an extra couch arm due to plateau and chaise). The price point also feels a bit too high compared to similar quality furniture in the same market. The last constructive feedback I have is I didn’t like how there was no delivery option to have them delivered to the specific room. I needed to carry 13 boxes up a flight of stairs. We do really like the fabric quality better than our last couch. We went with the chenille. It feels super think and substantial and oh so soft.

We ordered the Cielo XL couch with a chaise lounge originally. When we realized we were not happy with the lounge we were offered an ottoman to switch it out. Cozey was extremely accommodating. They immediately send out the ottoman, as well as a box to ship back the chaise attachment in and provided us a label to use to ship it back. This was all at no cost to us. We even received a refund since the ottoman was slightly cheaper. Throughout our experience we had some fedex delays and Cozey opened a claim with fedex to get us our ottoman faster. This entire process was the best customer service we have ever had. The responses were always timely with every representative and everyone was so willing to help out and follow up when needed. Cozey should definitely find a fix for the vacuum sealed cushion not raising enough for the chaise lounge but other than that we are in love with our couch.

I ordered a piece for my Cozey couch that I bought 3 years ago. I talked to customer service to order it as my couch was no longer on the website. Customer service was excellent to deal with, sending me a link for exactly what I needed. However, the wrong item was shipped to my house, and after a long delay (in which I reached out to ensure it was being shipped). I contacted customer service again and they were once again easy to deal with to right the problem. I also got a $75 voucher for my trouble. The correct item has now been shipped, I am just waiting to receive it. A few issues with the ordering, but customer service was easy to deal with to fix all my problems.

I did not like how the delivery was done, the service and company itself is great and good quality. The delivery notices are very vague and so it is hard to plan when you will be home to receive the package. They at large packages boxes or not and you should not be simply leaving it at the door step. However that is what is being done. Especially when you don’t know the arrival.

I LOVE my new cozey sofa! I chose the atmosphere storage sectional in sage. Shipping was quick, I received it in 3 days! It’s easy to put together, extremely comfortable and exceptionally beautiful!! We’ve experimented with moving the pieces around to lounge on movie night and it’s perfect! Best purchase of 2024 hands down! Worth every penny!

We dropped in to your store in order to see and touch your products, and the salesperson was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had a lovely chat with her! We found the online ordering system easy to use, and the delivery was quite professional. In fact, it arrived a day earlier than we'd hoped. The product itself is vefry well made and suits us perfec tly.

I love the couch. It's comfortable, and so convenient. It looks wonderful in my space. I'm excited to continue to use it and to experience it's greatness some more. The downside is the delivery process and the fact that I'm still waiting for pieces. It almost seems like every box shipped separately - which is very anticlimactic and annoying. I'm currently at the third shipment and still waiting for the arms of the couch. Canpars website/tracking and delivery notifications are not accurate and so confusing.

Couches are really nice!! -1 star for the advertising that easy to install. For one person it took me a bit to install. They are heavy as well. Otherwise love them.

My return was very smooth! The customer representatives that I spoke to were beyond helpful and allowed me to have a smooth transition from returning a couch and receiving my new one at the same time!

I bought the sofa in early December at their physical store. I loved the service and was able to choose a sofa that, I believe, will meet our needs. I requested delivery to be scheduled for the 17th, as we would only have the keys to the new house on the 16th. They said they couldn’t pick a specific day, but the delivery window would be between the 17th and the 23rd, and that it usually arrives quickly. Today is December 28th, and I still haven’t received all the boxes. I have no words to express how disappointed I am. My guests and I spent Christmas with the living room full of boxes and sitting on camping chairs. This method of delivering products, a few boxes at a time, is terrible. In addition to not having the sofa to host and accommodate people, we had to sit around boxes full of spiders. It has been a terrible experience so far. I hope that when the remaining boxes arrive and we can finally assemble the sofa, it will be comfortable and beautiful.

Looks good, decent construction quality. Comfortable when curling up or laying down, but not as much when just sitting. Feels like you will “slide” off couch or into crack between cushions. Some cushions seem over stuffed, some under, so hoping comfort may improve with use.

I like the look of the couch but it isn't overly comfortable and dealing with the return process I would encouraged people to buy couches from a retail store where they can have better customer service. Easy enough to put together but the amount of cardboard and garbage with the packaging was excessive. It took many weeks to get the replacement cushion sent. I would not suggest getting the sectional as that cushion was bumpy and not as comfortable as the other seat cushions.
