Canada | 29 December 2024Nothing to review because I still haven’t received my order. Was suppose to be delivered on December 23 and now there is not updates or new delivery date set. Tried getting ahold of Purolator and they are no help. So for now I have no idea how “cozy” the couches are.

The sections fit together perfectly and we love being able to change the configuration when we want to. It makes the perfect cozy sectional for our family movie nights. All five of us can fit with ease!

Canada | 28 December 2024I LOVE our Cozey sectional. Not only is it easy to assemble, disassemble, and rearrange in any way you please. But it's also SUPER easy to clean. I have 3 children, and food and drinks are constantly being spilled. I removed the cushion covers to clean them for the first time in anticipation of the holidays. They came out of the laundry looking brand new! I would highly recommend them to everyone looking for new furniture. Eventually I will be getting a second set for my basement as well.

Canada | 28 December 2024I purchased the Neptune armchair with a delivery date of November. The item was not delivered until December, there was no option to select the delivery date, the delivery company broke my building’s elevator, and the armrests were the wrong colour. Therefore, I had to organize for another delivery of the correct items and required repeated requests to get information on how to return the wrong items. Would not recommend this company based on customer service. Very little was proactively offered to resolve this issue that was entirely the company’s doing.

Canada | 28 December 2024Be careful when viewing the rugs by the colour filter on their site. I went with the brown filter because I wanted a neutral earth tone rug. This rug came in and its darkest colour is purple, and then it’s orange to pinkish on an extremely light Greige. Not at all what was pictured. When I went to see if I can return the cover only (after tearing my living room apart and laying the mats down because I stupidly trusted their site pictures and listing) I was told I’d have to pack up all the mats and the cover and send it all back. It’s super frustrating having to send something back because it was as described when you’ve been waiting for it to arrive, and now I don’t know what will come in when I order because they don’t list the colours and don’t have true to colour photographs on the site. When I asked how much shipping would be to return (as a lot of place do not offer free shipping) the rep said “free obviously” like I was stupid for asking. At least they don’t charge for returns though so 1 star for that. I then spent nearly 30 minutes waiting on the chat for an answer from the “logistics team” to be completely ignored.

Canada | 27 December 2024I like the look and feel of our cozey couch however we had a couple issues: 1) part of the couch came damaged and used (the feet were already assembled with the washers/stickers and showed a lot of wear in tear including chipped paint and nicks in the wood. Frustrating as we paid for a new couch, not a refurbished or used one. When I reached out to cozey they didn’t seem surprised (does this happen often?) and sent me new feet for the couch, however the new feet were also scratched and missing the washers and sticker bottoms. Overall very disappointing! 2) I found the delivery slower than I expected. This is mostly because they advertise as fast and easy delivery - though we waited a standard 6 weeks. Issues we faced included out of stock issues/communication issues with the delivery company. We expected our couch at the end of November and finally got it by mid-December (ordered at the end of October). While I love that the couch is a Canadian company, modular and pretty comfortable the entire process was a bit disappointing- and for the price knowing the sofa is not 100% new but includes refurbished pieces (sent without our knowledge) the entire experience left me unwilling to recommend cozey to others.

Love the versitility of the Neptune. And the expansiveness of the Atmosphere ottomans. Really like that couch came with floor protectors. Rug didn't arrive but that seems to be more about the postal strike catch-up than anything else.

Canada | 27 December 2024Ordered a Ciello sofa approximately 6 months ago. The cushions are now all completely worn down and misshapen. Contacted support, and they suggested I try "fluffing" the cushions as the sofa is meant to have a "cloud-like" feel. I have been doing this, daily, since purchasing, and what I'm left with is an expensive, terrible looking couch that is not at all comfortable. The seat cushion are worn to the point that you can feel the modular boxes underneath when sitting/lying on the couch. The back rest cushions fall over and collapse completely when leaning on them. If you are shopping, don't make the same mistake I did and buy into hype. Your money would be much better spent at a well-established furniture company that will stand by their products. Also - Cozey - why is there no place for a buyer to leave a real review on your website?? I've looked high and low, and there isn't a way for me to leave one without going through an administrator on the site. No wonder all the reviews on your site are glowing ...

Canada | 27 December 2024I purchased the Neptune couch in August after visiting the pop store in Vancouver. It was very helpful to compare the models, colours and materials in person as my intentions were different when viewing online. The model was set to release in October, and I received a delivery date of November 2024. The estimated shipping changed 3x, and was finally shipped mid December. Cozey's customer service is great, considering its mostly an online store. Agents are very responsive and provide comprehensive updates. However, they do contract out to different delivery services. I received mine through GoBolt (never heard of them) and was very unappy with the chosen courier service. The driver did not attempt any contact via phone or email upon delivery (I am in an apartment) despite providing detailed instructions to GoBolt and Cozey. It was verified online instructions/address were correct. The driver sent a notice stating "unable to access" and there was no updated availability for next delivery date. When contacting GoBolt, their service was terrible with no schedule available to advise of next delivery date other than being told, "you'll know we have an available date". No estimation, a day, a week, 3 weeks? I would inquire about the delivery company being used moving forward and see if you can input your preference. Given my persinal situation, it was quite inconvenient and disappointing. The couch and ottoman are perfect for my space. Comfy with good size seats/depth. Assembly may be difficult with multiple sections as it can get heavy with one person building only.
