We love this sofa! Very comfortable yet firm and supportive. The fabric is lovely. The backrest is lower but the style of the atmosphere goes well with our mid century modern vibe. We had a bit of an issue because they only shipped half of the extra covers that we ordered but they are correcting that. Overall we are very happy. We would absolutely recommend this sofa!

I was really excited to order my couch - / the purchasing process online was fantastic BUT there has been a whole series of issues once it got shipped. First I was shipped the wrong colour ottoman, but customer service was responsive and super easy to deal with and shipped me a new one right away. As for the couch, I STILL DONT have that yet, and Purolator has been of no help in sourcing where the couch is and when it will be delivered. Customer service with Cozey also isn’t really able to provide much clarity. Needless to say, I hope the product is finally worth it when/if it finally arrives but the shipping fiasco has left a rather sour taste.

Dislike: made in China; too much packaging; delivery took longer than expected. Like: it looks good in my living room.

I am very disappointed with the communication and shipping delays regarding my order. I placed an order for a sofa on November 3rd, with the expected delivery window of December 11-20th. However, after multiple inquiries, I was informed that it wouldn't arrive until late January. This is extremely frustrating, as I planned on having the sofa in time to host family during the holidays. Now, I am faced with the inconvenience of purchasing a temporary solution to accommodate my guests. Had I known the delivery would be so delayed, I would not have made the purchase but now I'm stuck waiting for this sofa and just have to hope that it will eventually show up. I would not recommend Cozey to friends based on this experience.

I was able to find the perfect carpet to match my home's decor with ease. The ordering process was quick and hassle-free, and my order arrived promptly. The carpet itself is of amazing quality and looks fantastic in my living room. I'm thrilled with my purchase and would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a new carpet.

I had my atmosphere couch for 3 months now and I still like the couch itself and I do think it’s good quality, HOWEVER, the fabric. God, what can I say. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the fabric options. At first I purchased the performance fabric and it got destroyed within days. I reached out to the customer service and it was amazing, they sent me the boucle covers. At first again, it was beautiful but now after a couple of months it looks awful! I reached out to the customer service and they said this is what it supposed to look like. The ugliest couch and it looks like I had it for 10 years but it has only been a couple of months. I am so sad and disappointed and now I will have to purchase a set of covers and the only fabric left to try is the chenille one. I wish cozey had better fabric options that lasted. For that reason I cannot recommend this. If you have pets DO NOT buy.

Couches look and feel great also the installation was easy and fun.

Great product : simple to assemble, use and clean. Cozey has so many modern products, my whole house is Cozey. Highly recommend!

The couch looks nice but I would not give a lot of points on comfort. I had to flip the cushions because I always felt as if I was about to slide forward off the couch. I am constantly flipping the back cushions because they look bad quickly if I don’t. I am keeping this couch but would not buy another, sorry.

Customer service is great - they listen, very helpful and eager to please. I purchased the atmosphere ottoman. I love the concept of being able to wash and order different fabrics. Price for this ottoman is very reasonable. Issues are that color choices are disappointing - whites, greys, browns, mustard and a muted pink. There a really no interesting or statement colors. I ordered what was called coral pink. The pink was not coral and did not reflect the fabric that was shown on the website. The website pic compared to the actual fabric was not even close, so I feel a little bit deceived. Not sure how a mistake of this magnitude can be made so have to believe the misrepresentation was intentional.

The pop up we visited was really well-made ! I love that we're able to have samples for the fabric and the delivery was smooth ! Each box is organized and numbered and the couch is soooo comfortable ! We're really happy about our purchase and recommand it 100%

It has been nearly a month since I ordered and over two weeks since I received part of the order and I’m still waiting on my ottoman. Customer service made me wait until you received one that got damaged before sending another one. Unacceptable. Would not recommend and still waiting on my ottoman.
