Despite the busiest time of the year (New Year holidays), Tristan made the entire process swift and hassle-free with their friendly and professional approach. What truly sets them apart is their outstanding after-sales support. The air conditioning was due to be fixed, and they went above and beyond by fitting a brand-new compressor and condenser. When I went to pick up the car, it unfortunately went limp. Despite having no legal obligation, they provided me with a courtesy car (not a cheap Ford or KIA - but a Coupe Mercedes) —a huge help since I had travelled from Liverpool. The repair took around three weeks, during which they replaced multiple parts and covered all labor costs. As a gesture of goodwill, they even extended my warranty for an additional month. I have never encountered such genuine, honest, and gentlemanly dealers in my life, especially when buying a used car. It’s so difficult when buying a car, knowing if a company is legit, whether you’re going to get ripped off etc. This is a 100% genuine review. We bought a Jeep from Tim Hayward car sales and I would definitely recommend them. Very helpful. Offered to drop off. Had a temperamental issue with sun roof due to lack of use, no quibble, collected the Jeep, resolved the issue and dropped it back.
