This was a routine maintenance visit, carried out punctually, quickly, efficiently and politely.

The main reason for excellence marks is the amazing responsiveness of Banham and the aftercare service they provide, whenever I mess up the alarm settings ( and there have been quite a few incidences until I got used to the system.) Their maintenance people are also terrific, nothing much fazes them and they often smile and retain cheerfulness, even if the technology is having a bad day.

The annual visit to service our alarm system happened within the quoted time, with a courtesy call to say the engineer was 30 minutes away. The pleasant engineer had complete knowledge to test the system and worked methodically and efficiently to ensure all batteries were replaced with new ones. I hope the same man returns next year.
