The engineer conducted his maintenance review in a quiet and professional manner (having first put covers over his shoes). He also connected a fob for us and made a point of asking whether we had any questions.

The guy arrived within the time frame given. Seemed to have more idea than last year. More interested in getting to the next job than anything. Hopefully the fault that’s been there causing a problem will have been rectified.

The two operatives arrived on time and did a perfect job in checking my alarm system. They also advised me on the pending withdrawal of my land-line and the consequent need to upgrade my panel at cost of £660.

The engineer was delightful. She called ahead to let me know how soon to expect her, & was then very friendly, helpful & professional when she arrived. She explained everything she was doing, & dealt with the service check quickly & efficiently, putting everything back exactly where she found it.

I had additional work to my system. I now have been invoiced because of this recent job, and my pre paid for annual service contract etc., has been brought forward from July 2025 to Feb. 2025. This has incurred an additional charge for early renewal which was not required in my eyes. Watch out for expensive additional costs.

Quality products and excellent technical staff. However, customer service is shameful for a company of this previous standing. On two separate occasions I have had 'no shows' for service visit appointments. Zero interest in the inconvenience caused and a general level of customer service arrogance which is unprecedented in this day and age.

Excellent experienced engineer James, who has been with Banham for 13 years. The only engineer who recommended the external sounder box be changed every 5 years (our one was installed nearly 10 years ago) to ensure the system looked solid. He also identified that a previous engineer had damaged the sounder itself & not refitted it properly having replaced the battery - he had to fit a new unit & quite rightly made no charge. A first class service visit.

The products are second to none, the after care is utterly shocking. I made an appointment for a CCTV annual service six weeks ago (the first available) to be contacted in the morning to be told the engineer wouldn’t be coming and asked to rebook. When you call no one answers (except the switchboard) and calls/ messages are not returned. I left my details for a call back four days ago, and nothing. This needs to vastly improve Banham your products are not the cheapest and there are other options!!

I just had a Banham alarm fitted. I just upgraded from the old one. I contacted Banham Emily who was very helpful understanding arranged everything for us first class treatment followed up and confirmed everything that was going to happen. The alarm was fitted by Ian who was very professional very clean tidy as Banham is always cleans up after themselves and does a very professional job and puts the customer first thank you Ian and special thanks to Emily for all her help

Engineer was polite and professional. I would give 5 stars for the engineer, I only gave 4 stars as I would like to have a 2 hour time slot for the appointment.
