I would like to follow up on my review from a couple weeks ago and respond to the Banham customer service representative. 1) We have not heard anything directly from Banham customer service regarding our issues. And to be clear we have raised issues directly with them since February 2024 and have never had someone from customer service contact us. This included one job that they rescheduled over five times. 2) we had Banham at the house today for annual maintenance and after having to speak with the technicians manager to get them to complete the job our alarm is currently registering multiple faults and is not useable. This is truly the worst experience I have ever had with any company.

The engineer that came was highly competent. I have a 40 years old alarm system with a Speech Dialler. He checked, tested and left everything working perfectly as new. I am very happy.

Paid Annual Maintenance in March didn't get appointment until September had to chase Banham up to get a date Engineer didn't show and after waiting all afternoon noone let me know he wasn't coming found out when I called BANHAM. After much Todo got an appointment for November in morning Engineer didn't show noone contacted me when I phoned BANHAM they said the van had broken down so he would come between 2&5. Engineer turned up at 4.30 he was very professional. Banham was very reliable previously but things seem to have changed.
