Thr engineer who came service my alarm was knowledgeable and helpful. He explained to me exactly how to use the panic buttons which I wasn’t clear about. Definitely 5 star

I have been with Banham for many years. Why? Their engineers and technical staff are really good. Unfortunately, customer service and scheduling are useless, so you end up spending hours on the phone to get an appointment. After nearly 10 years, I’ll be leaving when my contract is up
