This was an annual service. The fitter arrived in the promised time slot, was quick, thorough and polite, and explained what he was doing. All excellent

Banham’s provided excellent service. The sales and fitting team were professional, knowledgeable and polite. Ian C did an excellent installation job: neat, tidy and quick. He was also able to advise on the feasibility of making an additional change if required.

We are very pleased with the service from Banham. Good equipment, good advice. Service engineer was very helpful. He did not make any adjustment to the system as it is running very well, at this present time.

Had an installation booked for today between 8am-10am. No one showed up, despite receiving an e-mail confirmation someone would. I then called up and was told someone would be coming at 1pm, it is now 3.30pm at the time of writing and no one has showed up, and not only that but no one is picking up the phone from the installations team when I try to call. Awful service.

14th October 2024 Since my review on here in June, I have had more problems. An engineer was booked between 8:30 am and 1:00 pm and no one turned up. I phoned them at least four times, every time they told me the same story that they were going to contact the engineer and were going to call me back. No one called. Do they actually care? They eventually called to let me know the engineer was in a meeting so couldn’t attend and therefore offered me a night service between 5:30pm and 5:30am…so very helpful, wasn’t it? The generic response from Banham to my review is by no means he. 16th October 2024 Today, Banham invoiced me for their no-show reported above. This is quite unbelievable. I cannot find words to describe this. I had to phone them yet again to ask them to stop their ongoing blunders.

The engineer stepped into the breach and arrived after Banham had called to try to reschedule (again). He was helpful and polite and did a good job.

The maintenance service was fine when it actually took place - but the customer service prior and afterwards needs attention. The engineer arrived early before the allotted time and put a “sorry I missed you” through the door. When I called to complain I was put on hold and eventually gave up so put the phone down, when I tried to call back later no one answered the phone. The engineer then returned later without warning but the visit was fine. The following Monday I received an email asking if I’d like to reschedule the visit? Confused - I am!
