Once I understood the process that would involve the breeder as well, the process was very simple. The hardest part is the time involved to synchronize it all and to wait.

In June I attended an informative seminar on the genetics of DM and other diseases in PWCorgis. Testing was made available at the site.The presentation was excellent, and I appreciated having a convenient opportunity to get my dogs tested. I received my reports today in an email format that is easily accessed. Having a genetic profile will help me make health decisions, especially for my older corgi.

>>For the first time, we sent the samples to Edmonton rather than to Pawprints in the US, and 2 weeks after we mailed the samples, they have not reached Edmonton. (Mailed June 24, now July 8). We had to re collect samples, and resend....mailed out today. >>One dog we were told they had a sample on hand they could use, but we collected and sent fresh ones just in case. Originally we were told we'd have the results on July 3 for this one dog....we were notified today (July 8) that they were ready. >>We were 101% happy when we dealt only with Pawprints and sent samples to Spokane, Wash., (which still shows as an address on the website), and have read other complaints from people who have had to wait well over the 2 weeks for results now that PawPrints and Neogen have combined. Bigger is NOT often better. >>I expect to add postage time in to the "2 week turn around", but previously have received notification that the samples have arrived, AND had the results in a very timely fashion.

Easy to navigate interface. Customer service was very helpful when I had a question. Even though I won the kit through a raffle, I was treated as a normal customer. I will recommend Paw Print to my fellow dog people!

Very affordable prices (thank you!), thorough tests, excellent return-test method. Instructions easy, seamless, and quick.
