I received the collection kit in a timely manner. All the instructions were clear and concise, the images were very helpful. Sent the kit in the easy mailer and received results in the expected timeframe. Amazing, trustworthy and successful. I know other dog breeders that use Paw Print Genetics and they are very happy with this company for the assurance of breeding healthy pedigree dogs.

We use PPG for all of our genetic health testing. PPG has been great at answering questions and making the process smooth.

They never sent me the test results or sent me an email prompting me to go and seek the result online. I had to go back in my credit card logs to refresh my memory as to whom I bought the test from and go to their website to finally get the result that had been ready for several weeks.

Not all genetic companies test for BOTH of the merle variants, ex. "m" & "M". Lower case m, means the dog is not merle versus M, means that the dog is merle. It IS possible for a dog to carry and throw one or both of these variants. Before testing, be sure the company that you're using, tests for Both!!

Our first sample was not good. They were quick to let us know. Got sample kit. Second sample, once received, was tested quickly.

I like your lab, it’s close it’s fast and it used to be reasonable priced. At 50% off on multiple test and Multiple dogs it was the same cost as the other labs. But now that you no longer have the discounts I have told others to try embark due to the high prices. I try to keep all of my testing at one lab, but with out discounted pricing I may have to try other labs for future testing.
