I loved the updates along the way before the results were completed. And how easy it was to track and get updates on my own if I wanted.

Service was quick and thorough

First test was to be completed first week in June. I needed the results asap. I finally have them end of July. Two months too late. By mid June I still had heard nothing. When I finally called, they informed me that they needed another sample. Why didn’t they reach out to me? They just kept extending the date listed that it would be completed by. I’d still be waiting if I hadn’t called myself. They sent me another kit and ran the tests again. This time in a timely fashion. The customer service agent on the phone was really nice and tried her best to be very helpful. Her superiors would not consider any kind of reimbursement for my trouble. They would not give me a discount on buying a test for another dog we have to test on exchange for the hassle they caused. I don’t think I’d use them again. I’m not impressed.

Customer service was excellent - personal, responsive, courteous. The report is great - very understandable for a lay person, comprehensive.

I appreciate the communication throughout the process. Turnaround time to receive the results was appropriate. The initial tests were mailed and received quickly. The directions were very easy to follow. I would definitely recommend them to others.

My only complaint is testing took longer than expected by 4 days. Otherwise good as usual.

Very fast and helpful

Receipt of swab kit was fast. instructions on how to use were clear Tests were completed within the time frame. 4 stars as I had to re-do swabs: 1) they did not inform me they needed more from a dog that was in their database. 2) the dog I sent in I had to re-do, my suspecion is something happened to the kit at the lab as I had tracking showing it delivered, a due date but didn't get results. They had me swab both dogs. They did make it right with fees/credit.
