Very frustrated that two of the 4 reports I requested will take over a month to get test results back!! One was received by you on 8/12 and it looks as if I won't get results back until 9/20 Estimated. Good grief!!! Also, a good number of items on the two dogs I did receive results were NOT requested. Very disappointed!

Efficient, and timely

I can’t fault the company, however, I had to wait much longer for results this time. I have put this down to huge price reduction and assume they have been inundated with samples for testing. Customer service have been absolutely superb as always.

I have sent many tests through Paw Prints and Canine Health Check when their offices were in Spokane. I got helpful people who knew me and answered questions in ways that always turned out to be true. This time I was not given proper instructions when I asked, when my tails were lost I was told what I had done wrong and why the answers I got were given. No responsibility was taken and no means of meeting me halfway were provided. I affectively cancelled my order leaving a credit on my account. Too much time had gone by so the tests on those puppies were irrelevant. Weeks later they found them and put the testing through. I was charged and when I called about it they explained how they went about doing what they did, which was plenty of word play and shutting down what I was saying. I can't imagine why a company would want to act so distasteful, and for such a small amount of money. After 5 previous years of working with them I will be moving my business because the 2 representatives I worked with were as much as untruthful in order to dismiss my situation.
