The turn around time on testing was very quick. Results were received even earlier than expected. The kit & instructions were easy to follow & return. I will say that some of the results for color are difficult to translate - even with a basic understanding of general genetics. But overall. Very pleased with testing process.

The tests were easy to order, the swabs came quickly with good instructions, the the results were sent immediately.

We really would like a shorter turn around time. We live 2 1/2 hours from Spokane and yet it takes at least 2 weeks to mail to you and 2 weeks for results after that.
