Easy process and quick results. I appreciated the sale.

Shipping the kit to me was prompt and really quick. The report was great and thorough, but it took way too long to get there. First, the lab needed 4 business days to acknowledge the receipt and only then the testing period of estimated 14 business days started. A day before the estimated delivery date I was informed the lab was behind and it would take a few additional days. That whole process was disappointing.

Helpful staff let me know the sample I had submitted two years ago had degraded and could not be used, they gave me lots of information on how to get another sample done (I’m in Australia) and sent correctly.

Results rec’d quickly.

Had the test done at a show, she swabbed her there. There was a show special so price was right. Process was easy and easy to follow.

Received collection kits in a timely manner. I like having a backup collection kit included that collects with a different applicator. Decent turnaround time. I like having tests in a package deal for less money.

I have been using PPG for many years now because the prices are very reasonable and turn around time has been great. I have always been kept up to date on any new tests that become available for the Labrador Retriever and when I receive the results they are complete with easy to read and understand interpretations.

I have always received top rate support from this company, so sad to see them merge, but hopeful it will continue

Paw Print did a fantastic job with my Dogs Genetic testing. When there was not enough sample in my submissions to complete all the tests I wanted done, they sent out another kit to me at no expense and completed all the tests I ordered. Well Done!!

Kit arrived quickly and returned the next day. Arrived back at the laboratory on 20 February but did not show as received until 25 February. Estimated completion date of 18 March. 3 results were uploaded 19 March and I have spent 2 days chasing the rest (and who knows who is dealing as amidst all this they've moved to Orivet) only to now be told they have failed and they have to be repeated. Shambles of a company; you get what you pay for. I will be using Laboklin.

I paid the extra to get expedited mail of my test kits. It took 14 days to get to me in Newfoundland, I got the tests and mailed them back the next day. I received results 6 weeks later. I received my results when the pups were 9 weeks old AFTER they went to homes. NOT ideal. And one of the pup’s labs reported as double allele, affected, which was wrong. They fixed the result, probably a data entry error? Not sure.
