I sent in an order for a DNA profile and wasn't notified that they didn't have the testing material until Weeks Later then I had to resubmit DNA and wait even more time. I wish we had choices of other companies to use in our breed Club but unfortunately we don't

Since the company changed hands the service is TERRIBLE!! Inaccurate test results and it’s been now more than a month and still no dna profile result. I’ll no longer be using PPG!

The turnaround time took a long time.

The results came in earlier than the projected timeframe, the email updates and access to my acct were clear and easy to access, when I called to ask clarifying questions (twice) the staff who responded to me were gracious and very clear - all of this was very helpful and appreciated.

Excellent company!

Upon sending out the samples, I waited weeks only to find out that one sample was compromised. This was only found out by me calling the company three times before getting this information. I was sent a new kit for the compromised sample and 12 days later I called for results, only to hear it would be another 10 days. So, at this point, I have no results. They advertise within two weeks. So if you are have months to wait for results, I'm sure this company will be fine. But as for for me, I'm still waiting results.

Way over 2 weeks waiting on results just for the sample to be declined on the estimated results day

you missed the date for my results. it was not till I called then a few hours later my results were ready. so, if i had not called would they still be sitting out there?

Pawprints has really declined in not only turn around time but also in meeting their new extended turn around time. When you call , you get promised another date and they don’t make that. Would not recommend

Testing took longer than stated in the original email.
