Shipment and testing time is too long. Ordered Feb 22 and didn’t receive partial results until April 3rd just for DM. Waiting test results for PD still on 4 dogs

Took a ridiculous amount of time to get my test results back. I don’t know why it took so long but it did and by the time the results came back, over two months later, I didn’t need them because I had to pass on getting the puppy without know it’s genetics.

You didn’t have enough DNA from a previous swab and your representative said 3 emails were sent but I didn’t receive any of them. He said must be junk mail on my end but no. So the next time I talked to a representative I said to please fwd me the 3 emails that I didn’t get. Crickets. Not one sent to me. Your company cost me a breeding because it took so long to get the results. But every other email has come through.

I appreciate the various testing available that is breed specific; but I wish turn-around time was two weeks. Thank you.

Honor the timeline of results. False advertising Will never use again Since company has partnered and moved, they don’t even have a phone. How can you do business without speaking to someone?

Would give a zero if a option they falsely advertise results within 14 business days all you have to do is go to their facebook page and look at comments on any post😡
