The punctuality and speed of the moving team were nothing short of amazing. These guys arrived on time and moved everything was safe and had no damage. They provided excellent customer service, giving the answers to all questions in on time. The crew was not only well-mannered but also very nice and pleasant. One of the worst movers in the USA. NOT sure who has rated this 3rd class company?.. When they wanted our business the guy Joseph Moore, was sweet as a pie. Being brokers gave our business to Best Price Moving and Storage in Chicago ILL, . The guy who was sent to load our HHG ( household goods) was one RUDE CONDESCENDING SOB, of an individual. Never have I have ever worked with someone soo obnoxious, did not have any respect as to how to talk to a man or a woman. He ripped opened the packed boxes, threw things all over the place in our home. On purpose broke the knobs on my Clothes dryer, punched holes in the exhaust pipe on the dryer, with hanger. I JUST DO NOT HAVE ANY WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW HORRIBLE OF A DEVIL THIS MAN WAS ( TRAVIS TRIPPETT) . Anyone reading this review DONOT LET THIS SOB STEP FOOT IN YOUR HOMES IF USING THIS MOVING COMPANY. Ameri safe is also a 3rd class company. Please go with the better movers like ALLIED VAN LINES, or better reputable movers. Merchandise was supposed to be delivered 2-14 days, it took the bogus company to deliver our goods after 23 days. Please trust me and definitely do your research and not go what the reviews are saying… maybe they are writing their own reviews. CUSTOMER SERVICE at AMERI SAFE is way below PAR, people are just horrible to work with… JACK! Outstanding. That is the way I would describe my interaction with this moving service. The team was professional, polite, and even very effective. They made the whole operation stress-free by taking special care of my things. Besides, the service was outstanding and adequately compensated for the cost. Nevertheless, I feel very satisfied and I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is in search of a trustworthy moving company.

If it was possible to give negative stars to this company that’s the rating they deserve. When our furniture was picked up we were told that the bid, of $7000 was low, they needed an addition $5000. Now they also explained that they understood that was a huge difference and if we wanted to go another route we could, BUT they were keeping our $5000 deposit. We were also told our truck would be to our new home within 2-14 calander days. In 3 days their window will be over, however now they are telling me they have 30 calander days to get it to us. When I asked I was told well the movers may have told you about the 2-14 days but it’s the consumers responsibility to read and find the 30 day loophole. Needless to say we have been in our home now for almost 2 weeks with only enough clothes for the time we were told and now are having to run out and do laundry, buy things we have packed once we found out they were not going to be here within the time frame told to us. All with 5 kids in tow not to mention the added expense. It seems like a great deal on the beginning, and the actual guys loading out stuff were very nice but the added cost and the misleading information about receiving our items has been way too much. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve spoken to managers and they have been rude as well, both my husband and I have been hung up on and lied to on multiple occasions throughout this process. So when you’re looking to move give a great deal of consideration to using this company, and when other moving companies tell you that Amerisafe has a bad reputation I would believe them instead of assuming that they were just trying to get more business for themselves. A very expensive lesson learned and much added stress to moving

The moving crew was undoubtedly the best. They were punctual, very courteous, and worked with great deal of efficiency. My belongings were given special care by when moving to a new place, and they even completed the moving job without any problems. The service was awesome, and the cost was affordable,. I am very happy with service and would tell everyone to use them.
