Ordered the Arthur Upholstered Bed King Size in Sandstone. Arrived today and installed in situ by Living it Up. Excellent service from start to finish - Customer services are so helpful and informative, quick delivery and so impressed with the quality of the bed that I am looking to order another. Company service is really good. The sales team are really helpful and the after sales team are very informative as are the logistics company. The products I have from this company are very high end and the latest purchase of 2 chairs was warranted as they are amazing statement pieces in the room. I cant state enough how much I would use this company as I have not had a bad experience at all so far

I took delivery of my Cadence bed yesterday, and I am blown away with how beautiful it is, it's just stunning! The workmanship is second to none, and the fabric (Gladstone Grey) is so rich and soft, it's added the touch of luxury to my bedroom that I was looking for. The delivery guys were very friendly and efficient, I really can't fault them, so thank you Living It Up, I will be recmmending you to all my family and friends!

I recently purchased a Zach upholstered bed through living it up and I am over the moon. Before I placed my order I called and spoke to the customer service team, and they were incredibly helpful - sending me a selection of fabric samples for me to select the best match for my decor. I was kept up to date with the progress of my bed throughout, and I couldn't believe it when I was contacted to arrange delivery and realised that my lovely new bed would be assembled free of charge! They called half an hour before they arrived on the day of delivery, and were very friendly and polite. The team promptly assembled my new bed, and removed all of the wrapping and cardboard, so I was left with my brand new bed all ready to go. Thank you to all at living it up, would definitely use for my next furniture purchase!

I've recently taken delivery of a daphne sofabed and I couldn't be more pleased with it. Its exactly the style I was looking for, the sofabed mechanism is so easy to use and it's super comfy. The team at Living It Up couldn't have been more helpful when I was trying to choose which colour and style of sofa to go for, and the delivery team were beyond my expectations - very efficient, polite and friendly. After a bad experience with another online retailer I can safely say that my shopping experience with Living It Up has restored my faith in online shopping - A fantastic company with great furniture and friendly service.

We had an absolute nightmare of a situation with this company when it came to delivery day. They arrived very late and were very bad at communicating an ETA and then said they were just around the coryner, whilst we needed 30 mins notice to get back to the house. Then the courier refused to take the beds upstairs because the headboards were deemed to be too large. Subsequently we ourselves were able to take the headboards up without any issues by taking the packaging off. The courier refused to take the bulky packaging off which made all the difference. They had made us sign a damage waiver too but were not willing to try and find a solution. They did not even take the other components of the bed upstairs. I spoke to the warehouse supervisor who kept stating our policy is to only take items upstairs with the packaging on or to take the goods back. I tried to explain that the delivery team had made the wrong judgement call. This left us in a terrible situation where we did not have use of the beds until we could pay someone to construct them. I subsequently provided feedback on this fiasco to the warehouse supervisor and was hardly allowed to speak and was told you agreed to the situation on the day. I really agree with the other unfavourable reviews in that they can't manage difficult situations well and their customer service is off the scale bad. I asked who I could escalate to and she said no-one could be reached on this line. I asked her who her boss was and she said it was the director but he would pass the email to her anyway, implying that it was not an avenue worth pursuing. Mightily unhelpful and in fact rude and lacking in ethics and integrity. Feel conned to have waited 7 weeks for these beds and paid over £2000. I prefer to deal with people who are respectful to their clients and recognise that without them they don't have a business, and it would have been appreciated if they could have tried to meet our expectations and taken on our feedback gracefully. Update I think the reply from this retailer demonstrates how appalling the customer service is perfectly.

Amazing service from the team! Lots of help and guidance through the whole process. From sending us samples to delivery and assembly cannot fault them at all. Love our double bed have received so many compliments on how it looks in our new home!

I had a Brilliant experience with Living It Up, a few months ago we ordered a bed, when it was delivered we were both so happy with it that we ordered a sofa and matching armchair which arrived last week. The quality is brilliant, the customer service team were so helpful and the delivery team were great, everything was unpacked and assembled for us and they took away all the packaging which was brilliant! We will definitely be ordering more from this company in the future and based on the compliments we have had from family and friends I think they will too! A big thank you to everyone at Living It Up!

So disappointed with the customer service and the not so reliable advice via email communications. Before we placed our order we emailed your company for an estimate of delivery and was told if we place our order on the day it will take up to 5-6 weeks. Order was placed on 21/06/2017 so coming up to 5 weeks later we emailed your team asking what is happening. Your team responded saying that our will arrive into your warehouse next week (meaning last week of July) with a delivery date mid August! So I rang your customer service line to explain the situation as we bought the bed based on the fact that you will have delivered by 6 weeks at the latest. Your agent was unhelpful, rude and didn’t care about my complaint. I asked her well then what is the process for cancelling my order, without skipping a beat she said that is fine and is happy to arrange for the refund to our credit card. Shocked I said to her she was unhelpful and that I will put in a complaint to your head office. She still didn’t care and just said so do you still want to keep the order, I said yes and she said well she cannot confirm when we will get it cause it’s up to the delivery company as they don’t normally deliver to Scotland? I asked her what do you mean your company don’t normally deliver to Scotland, it’s not like it’s the other side of the world its part of the UK. She then said well she does not speak for the delivery company as they are separate to your company and that she can put in our order as urgent but can’t guarantee that we will even get it in mid August! After reading all the not so good feedback from TrustPilot you can see that it’s down to your customer services team letting your branding down. Can you please answer me these questions: Why is it that your company rarely delivers to Scotland is that a fact and do you have stats to prove this? Who monitors your calls? As mentioned when we call your help line that calls are recorded – please pull this call and tell me if you think I was treated fairly as a customer who has spent over £1000 on an order? Delivery charges – why is that for someone who pays for £1000+ for an order still has to pay for the delivery? Why does your company have only one Delivery Company, which from the sounds of my call – you have to work around them and not the other way? Also will be tweeting this to all my customers to retweet to their friends and family. Regards

LivingItUp could not have been better. Having initially purchased the Super King Arthur Tall Bed I discovered my measuring wasn't up to scratch and there was no way i could have fitted the headboard through my entrance hall. Gave them a call and they were more than happy to help me out despite the fact it was my mistake, I changed my order to a king size Zach and they offered me a refund on the remaining balance however I decided to pay a bit more to add the Finn sofa in a complementing colour/fabric (also some scatter cushions to tie it all together). Now I have two beautiful pieces in my bedroom, both of which are extremely well made and look stunning. From the girls I spoke to in the office to the guys delivering the furniture the service has been superb, will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them to new customers.

Excellent service from start to finish. The whole process was a breeze; from ordering through to having my bed delivered and assembled (by very friendly, efficient delivery men) . My bed is beautiful; I LOVE it! I would recommend Living it Up, without hesitation or reservation, and will certainly use them again.

I ordered the Elise short storage bed and Orianna ottoman which arrived today and they're both stunning! I'm so delighted with them - the fabric (Scintillant Bronze) is gorgeous. The 2 delivery guys were brilliant - helpful, friendly, very clean and tidy. Great service and they even built the bed for me!
