Box was heavily damaged, but that’s not on Comfy Sack. Zipper on inner liner is broke.

I haven't tried out the sack yet, but the customer service was amazing (and I have high standards for service). I received quick and helpful responses to my questions via email as well as a prompt partial refund from an issue that came up with my order.

It was easy to unpack. Give it a few days to expand before you put the cover on. It will gradually expand. By breaking up the foam pieces by hand the process speeds up. I am glad I did not buy the 7.5ft size, the 6ft is perfect for one person to lie on and for two to sit. A huge improvement over the old styrofoam beads. It is heavier than I expected. Very pleased with purchase.

Delivery was very fast especially with it being Christmas and all the covid restrictions. It does take a bit of work fluffing it up but it is definitely worth it. The kid loves it. Thank you.

Bought this so we could have something to relax on while watching movies and it’s not full at all. It’s flat so we’re very disappointed

The sack itself is really nice as well as the cover. My daughter really loves laying in it and sitting in it. But we had extreme difficulty trying to open up the zipper bag because the zipper kept on getting stuck with the plastic bag covering the bag fill . To were eventually the zipper broke and then we just had to use a lot of force rip the bag open. That was not fun and stressful.

Paid for quick ship and it will not come till almost a week AFTER Christmas! I thought it told me if I ordered and chose quick ship it would be delivered on time for Christmas! Waste of money for quick ship!

The sack was thrown to the side of the garage. It rained and soaked the package. We have a covered porch. So unprofessional and will never buy from this company again
