These sacks are great. We bought the 6 ft sack and 7.5 ft lounger; my dogs have moved right in like they are their dog beds. So much so that our 4.5 year old dog won't even get in the bed anymore because he prefers the comfy sack. They are super versatile pieces; we got the pebbled grey cloth and a furry white. The pebbles grey is perfect and the furry white adds a little something to the sack to make it a accent piece. We love that we can buy more covers and they are all machine washable (necessary for the dogs). One comment is I think they both would benefit from some additional foam insides, but I read in the reviews that if you contact comfy sack and inform them they will send out more, so I will be doing that! Otherwise it is perfect and a heck of a lot cheaper than LoveSac!

The customer service has been great. The sack has not been quite as firm as I was hoping, but my wife and I enjoy sitting on it and it is comfortable.

I went with Comfy Sacks because they are a made in the USA product and the price was incredible compared to the competition. I am very disappointed. The sack feels very lumpy and there is an excess material which doesn't make much sense to me. I have lounged in a LoveSac and was hoping for a similar experience. I should have known you get what you pay for. When I contacted customer service they were more than willing to take it back which made me happy. What they don't advertise on their website is that you have to figure out how to get it back and pay for it to get there. I purchased the 5ft sack and it would cost me more than what I paid for it to get back to the company for a "refund". This has been an expensive lesson to learn. The sack is very heavy and looks like a big blob in the living room whereas a LoveSac keeps its form and looks like it belongs in the room.

I was so excited to get my comfy sac. We followed all the directions. They stated that it would take 24 hours before the sac would inflate 90%. It's been 2 weeks and it hasn't inflated anymore than it did with in the first hour. I am very disappointed. 😢

Good bag, bad customer service make sure you specifically figure out what size of bag they are gonna send you cause there demensions are wrong on the site they got a weird way of putting up the demensions

It was not as full as we expected it to be.

I had a minor issue with the product and I reported the issue to Comfy Sacks. I was blown away by their response, in a positive way. Not only did Comfy Sacks respond to my email in less than five minutes, but they went out of their way to make the situation right. I mean above and beyond. For contrast, I had just bought some really expensive chairs from another company that was not giving me the same level of service. I told my wife I would gladly take 15 of these Comfy Sacks over the 4 chairs from this other company any day of the week. Service matters. When people are treated well they talk themselves into buying more, and they tell their friends about the product.

I love them! I needed to replace my living room furniture, I had comfy sacks years ago and loved them, and I decided to replace my furniture with them so I did! They are soooo much better than regular furniture and I will never go back..

Great product and arrived pretty quickly to my home. The simple instructions inside the box made things too easy. I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone.

Out of the box it seemed significantly smaller than the photos, but it REALLY fluffs up after a few days to the size pictured. It's enormous and I love it. Two adults fit easily. I got the pebble in graphite and it's is nice and soft and the color is a nice dark charcoal with an almost navy undertone. It feels very thick and durable as well. I'm glad I spent the extra to upgrade the cover. It's been just over a week and it still has that foam smell, but it is significantly dissiapted. I bet it'll be gone in another week or so. Overall I would recommend it and would consider a second one in the future when I have a larger space.

It's so comfortable I've chosen to sleep on it instead of my bed many nights. On weekends it's dangerous... if I start the day by curling up on the comfy sack with my kindle, anything on my to-do list that day will probably not get done. I wish it had sliiiightly more filling as I do have to fluff it frequently but that's also because I use it so much..is there any way to buy extra bricks of filler or anything? Overall, it's super comfortable and I would highly recommend the 6' lounger as a couch replacement in any family room, game room, or studio apartment (like mine). Incredibly happy with this purchase!

Not only did my order not ship when it was suppose to AFTER I paid for expedited shipping, but the sack is under filled. Customer service is terrible and unhelpful.

It looks terrific. Breaking it up is still a work in progress, but hoping to have it up to its full potential soon! Very comfy even part way there! Daughter loves it!

It is very comfortable. Easy access to the basement and the pups love it.

OMG! So comfortable! My biggest fear with these bag chairs is sinking into the floor, but this thing is stuffed and has a lot of support. The faux leather cover is top quality and the zipper is very strong. I have awesome leather reclining theater chairs in my theater room, and I end up on the comfy sack every time, and so does my dog, lol!

Comfortable but doesn't seem to puff back up easily without Manuel fluffing. I'm not sure if it needs more foam fill? I think the next size up would be good for an adult. Everybody wants to sit on it. Price good quality seems good .
