I am really underwhelmed by the bag. First off, it is not as big as the website says that it is. Second, there is not enough foam material in the bag and when you sit in it, after a few minutes, your butt is basically in the floor. This was a complete waste if money. I should have not cheated out, I will be returning or throwing away this bag and purchasing a lovsac. The foot rest is a joke. More like a deflated pillow that barely stands upright

It's comfortable, it's awesome, it's massive, but it has consumed my dogs life. One of them won't come to bed at night, I have to pry him off of and bribe him. He wakes up early and wants to go down to it. Some mornings he won't go out until he's spent about 2 hours sleeping on it. They both love it. Occasionally I'm allowed on it and it's great. The dogs give it 10/10. I take their word for it.

Comfy Sacks cares about their customers! I bought a beanbag back in July using incorrect measurments and was trying to make it work but couldn't for the space. I opted to try and return my purchase for a smaller one a couple weeks ago. Comfy Sacks was very accomodating and walked me through the prosses of returning the case size I had in exchange for one with measurements better suited for my living room. Thank you!

I'll say that I'm very impressed with my new Comfy Sack. After ordering, it was shipped in a matter of a couple of days, and once notified of shipping arrived the next day! VERY IMPRESSIVE! The only criticism I would give is that after having waited for the foam fully expand, it seems like it didn't come with enough foam as it feels a little flat.

I am giving it two stars only on the comfort of your product. Your company seems to be good, but the lounger we purchased just did not work for us, or my son. he had been wanting this as a grad gift. it was very flat for him, we purchased filler and that did not help. we are at this time selling it on craigslist. The product was not what we were hoping for but your customer service on sending us the filler was pleasant

Day 1 - 4 stars - the bean bag arrived and unpacked quite easy due to vacuum packing and materials appear to be good quality. Bag is spread out and starts growing. Day 2 - 2 stars - the bean bag is still growing but not as fast as expected. Read FAQ page from the manufacturers website and they recommend turning and fluffing the foam to speed up the process. Day 3 - 1 star - lots of flipping the bag over and fluffing but minimal size increases Day 4 - out of town Day 5 - out of town Day 6 - 4 stars - the bag grew considerably over the weekend to a size close to what I was expecting Day 7 - 4 stars - put the cover on and put it in place Day 8 - 2 stars - finally sat in it to watch a movie and it was very comfortable but 2 people laying in it flattened it. After 8 days of flipping and fluffing, it is still somewhere between half and 2/3 the size of the bags in the pictures on the manufacturers website. Bottom line, I would give 4 or 5 stars for product quality and 1 star for product quantity. UPDATE Day 14ish - left a 2 star review on website that was emailed by Comfy Sack Day 15 - Comfy Sack responded to review and emailed me to address my concerns Day 16 - additional fill being shipped Day 19 - additional fill received and now exceeds expectations New bottom line. The material quality is good and Comfy Sack stood behind their product to create a satisfied customer. The customer service was quick and responsive an I would recommend contacting them with any concerns before leaving anything but a 5 star review. I would now recommend Comfy Sack to anyone.

The kids and I love it. We have the 6ft lounge bag. Only thing that was a Little fall was when I order the 5 samples material I only received 1 sample and I ordered an extra cover so I can switch them out from the white fur to the gray pebble. But I will order more covers over time to keep switching them out to have a change in my living room every time I rearrange my living room

My husband and I bought a 7ft Comfy Sack over a week ago. After waiting the 4-5 days for the sack to fully inflate,we discovered that it was under stuffed. I emailed the company and within an hour they got back to me. I was told that they would ship out more filling ASAP. Their customer service is exceptionally wonderful and there comfy sack is extremely comfy. I cannot wait to order more products.

I hate to give a bad review, because I want to love this sac, but I am really struggling with the very strong chemical smell that it has. The sac arrived rather quickly and is extremely comfortable and soft, but I couldn’t lay in it for about 2 weeks because the smell made me sick to my stomach and gave me a headache even just standing near it. I called into customer service to discuss the issue after a few days. The representative was polite and told me that the smell would go away after about a week after delivery. It has now been about 1 month since it arrived and I can stand near it without smelling anything, but when I lay down on it the chemical smell is released and makes me feel sick after about 20 minutes of breathing it in. I have tried to ignore it because it is sooo comfortable and I want to lay in it all the time, but I can’t get over the feeling that it must be harming my health. I’m torn about sending it back because it really is amazing in terms of comfort, but I think it might be the safest thing to do for me and my family.

I ordered on August 4 and just got confirmation that you’re shipping August 11. I left a comment in notes that the site wouldn’t honor my 20% off and no one has even mentioned that. Let’s see when I finally receive the product...not excited any longer.
