Honestly do love the idea and how our new 7ft comfy sack feels. Unfortunately, I do feel like the cover is too big for how much foam it came with, me and my boyfriend waited a week to judge it knowing the foam needed time to expand but we both still feel we need to purchase more foam bc we are almost hitting the ground when we sit and lay on it. Other than that everything was fine. I'd just say for feedback you should be starting the sacks off with more foam so the cover properly fits the sack and doesn't have access cover hanging off bc it's not full of enough foam also would be way more comfortable with more foam to begin with. Cause now I'm forced to pay more money for more foam bc I'm not going to wasted an almost 400$ birthday present to my boyfriend.

we for the gray suede comfy nest and we love it! Originally when I received my order I disliked the product very much. BUT, I contacted them saying I needed more foam as the comfy nest sank to low to the ground and had little support. They sent out foam and a complimenty matching pillow for FREE! My husband put the extra foam in and it made a huge difference! So big and comfortable now, I do recommmed this product but with more foam than it origanlly some with.

Super comfortable and larger than I expected. Customer service did resolve a fabric stock error, however the apple color is a little more lime green than pictured.

I receive my comfy sack like two weeks ago follow the instructions and now when you sit on it you're on the floor you sink down into the floor I called customer service they told me a manager was going to contact me within 24 hours 3 days later I still have not heard anything back I checked the tags but my tags are correct for the inner liner and the filling I emailed customer service after they received the survey told them the same thing never got a reply back I would have thought better customer service for the price that I paid for this going to see if I can return it in the 30-day option just not enough filling in the sack

I recommend comfy sack bean bag chairs and pillows because they are affordable and modifiable. We've added stuffing, switched liners, and switched covers over the years and we're still happy with our bean bag chair and floor pillow. Other companies offer similar products but they are much more expensive.

The comfy sack is pretty nice. Personally thought the price was a little excessive for the comfort level

This is our 2nd sack. We only needed a second one because the first one is just too big with our new furniture. So we got a smaller one. Have been very happy with our first one, very happy with this one. Arrived in good shape. Always amazes me how small a box they come in.

I purchased a 5 foot Comfy Sack in March 2017. The website states the product would weigh 59 lbs, which was significantly heavier than competitor products (UltimateSack, MonsterSak, etc). From that I surmised that the fill would be more substantial than others, and I went forward with purchasing from Comfy Sacks. The total weight of the package, as measured by Fedex, was 51 pounds - a full 8 pounds lighter than the website specs. I confirmed this on my home scale. After giving the sack a few days to expand, it is considerably smaller than what the pictures on the website indicate. I contacted customer service and although they will accept a return, they refuse to cover return shipping costs. Customer service also denies that the discrepancy in weight is misleading. This is a poor and deceptive business practice and I am very unhappy with the way CS unfairly promotes their product and then refuses to address the issue. 1 star, or 0 if I could.

My son was so excited to get his Comfy Sack! When we received it, it was well packaged & easy to put into the cover. I purchased the 7ft Sack & It is heavy, but we managed just fine. It only took he & I a few minutes & the fun began! Honestly, I have let he & all of his friends jump & flip & bounce all over it. These are 6th & 7th grade football & soccer players & not one snag, tear or pop!! I'm VERY impressed!! I never let the kids play on our furniture but this is for their game room & I want them to enjoy it! And they certainly have!! Again, I am very impressed with the durability & we chose the bright blue cover & it just screams fun! We will be buying another for our daughter's room soon. Thank you Comfy Sack for making such a great product!!
