I recently ordered a kids lounger for my little girl who still likes to sleep in her baby swing but has outgrown it by a foot. I had an issue with not receiving any updates regarding my order. I emailed them and they promptly responded to me and insured me that I would get my order that they were just having some delays in shipping. Having them respond so quickly reassured me that my order was received. The customer service department definitely deserves 5 stars.

I am unable to review the actual product because I still haven’t received it. I ordered the comfy sac a week ago and I still haven’t even received a tracking number they said they would provide. I did reach out to customer service for help and they were helpful but I still don’t have the tracking number. Very disappointing.

My beanbag was horrible when we first got it. Not nearly enough foam. So I emailed the company and let them know and they sent me extra 20lbs foam for my beanbag and more 20lbs for my automan beanbag. Now they are looking the way the should for the price paid. I am totally satisfied now. 🤘😝

Purchased a 6ft sack in a certain color/fabric. My bank account was charged immediately, as expected. I think it was five or six days later (aka beyond the advertised shipping date) that I received an email saying it was finally shipped! All is well, I didn’t mind the small delay in product shipment. An hour after that email I received another informing me that the product I was charged for nearly a week ago was in fact out of stock and would be for over a month. This email was sent at 5pm on the dot on a Friday; so no further correspondence until Monday. Monday rolls around and I am offered different sizes/colors/fabrics, none of which I wanted to purchase. Asked for a refund and it sounds like it’ll happen. Not pleased that I was charged immediately for a product that was out of stock, received an email stating it was shipped, and then told it was never even in stock when I purchased it. My money was held on to for a week and a half. This was meant to be a trial run for an order of nine more bags to follow. Thus far, extremely unhappy and a simple apology was the best service that was mustered. Thankful I’m getting a refund following the mess. Unlikely I’ll return if they ever sort out their warehouse numbers. If I do, I’ll update on round two.

Comfy Sacks has some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with. Originally I didn't like my cover but loved the bean bag itself. Their customer service team was awesome enough to send me the replacement cover with my RMA slip so I wouldn't be stuck with a bean bag without a cover for a week. Thanks guys!

WAY WAY WAY too big. Worst purchase mistake I’ve made in a long time. The pictures make it look similar to a beanbag chair but it’s HUGE and doesn’t fit in my son’s room’s space. Too late now but I regret purchasing this. :-(

Selected 6 foot sack on website, hit order. Website glitched somehow and placed an order for a 4 foot sack, which is actually a 3 foot sack if you happen to own a tape measure. Now I get to slog through what ever nightmare the return process is.

Everyone loves it. I was a little worried that I would need to order more foam, as it was a kind of flat for the first few hours. It really filled out after 3 or 4 hours though, and now (one day later) it's perfect.

I just unboxed it and it’s already so huge! I can’t wait to see it after a few days. I got the 6 ft, and I may have highly under estimated it.
