Only issue I have is with static electricity. Otherwise, product is as described and very comfortable.

The actual product is great. But, we have had several hassles in trying to get our comfy sacks in house. First, I ordered fabric swatches so that I could make a good decision before ordering. The swatches never came. So, I contacted customer service and there were apologies and promises that they would be there soon. I waited and then ordered another set of swatches after not receiving the first. The second set didn't come either and Christmas was approaching. So, I just made the best decision I could using pictures on the website. I ordered two 5 foot sacks and an ottoman. Then, guess what I got in the mail about a week later...the fabric swatches. It only took about a month. So, the comfy sacks arrive and we unbox them to let them poof up before Christmas. The process wasn't bad. But, I kept looking for the delivery of the ottoman. No ottoman before Christmas. I went back to my shipping notification and they never shipped the ottoman. I had completely overlooked it and just assumed that everything was shipped. I contacted customer service and they said they were sending it out. It should be here 9 days after Christmas. The ottoman cover was shipped with the original comfy sacks. Also, a little pocket embroidered with the company name was shipped with the comfy sacks, but only one pocket was shipped. It is so strange.

This is a really nice bean bag . The corduroy like fabric seems very durable and high quality. Its very comfortable. I opted for the 7 footer. It`s HUGE. 2 adults fit easily on it . If it had just a little more foam in it to fill it out I could be happier .I've also dug for info about scotch guarding the fabric and cant seem to find anything any where??? All in all , I`m pleased with the purchase and the price.

I purchased the 8 foot Comfy Sack for my daughter and family. Although, as noted in a previous review, that it seams quite flat when you first open it up......be patient! Please give the Comfy Sack the full number of days noted in the instructional pamphlet for the memory foam chunks to inflate, and be sure to knead and rotate as instructed. If you do as instructed, with very little effort on your part, you will be as pleased as we are!! The fabric covering is very well made, and of quality cloth.....and coordinates with our decor beautifully. My 22 month old granddaughter begs to go downstairs to the family room just so that she can play and read on her new Comfy Sack!!! We could not be happier!

I have the 4 foot comfy sack and my kids And there friends love it!!!

we have had the sack out for a week and while it initially fluffed up nicely, after sitting in a couple times, it looks sloppy and flat. It is being used by a 90 pound 12 year old girl, so no reason for it to be so flat.

Ordered a 6ft on Christmas Eve at 8AM and selected Quick Ship for +19 dollars which means it ships same day. There is nothing on the website that says they're closed x-mas eve, just a timer that says you better hurry and order or you'll lose the 20% discount!! (by the way, that timer just counts down 24 hours everyday which is tricking people into placing an order). I e-mailed them on the night of x-mas eve and didn't receive a response until end of day on Dec 26th. I was provided with tracking information which I clicked within 3 minutes of receiving their e-mail and the fedex shows the shipment as CANCELLED. I immediately reach out to Comfysacks but of course they're impossible to reach. I finally get a response back on the afternoon of Dec 27th and CS rep says she sees it is cancelled too and will have to contact fulfillment to see what happened. At this point I've requested a refund and will be astounded if I get that without going through a dispute process with my CC company.

As a 6ft, 260lb Samoan, I’m kinda rough on my furniture. After my 3rd “swan dive” into my new 7ft Comfy Sack.... with no tearing or ruptures.... I was sold.

Comfy, but a little air brushing or plumping up the product to take pictures for website. We let product rest for 5 days - no one sat on it - we plumped and rolled product several times a day. Still not even close to what pictures show. Not sitting on floor, but not too far away. For a lighter child, perfect. Larger teenager / adult, eh...

It is very comfortable. We saw that you had given a free blanket the week before. It would have been really nice to get one since we bought two comfy sacks.

Have not received item. Paid for it 3 weeks ago. The tracking number shows the shipment was cancelled. Zero communications about the delay. I need this item for a Christmas present and now it is unlikely to get here in time. Very poor experience.

I got this as a gift for someone else and they love it!! However the only flaw I could see was that there was not enough stuffing so it looks kind of saggy and not full compared to website pictures. Yes, the directions were followed. Nonetheless it was a better price compared to other “bean bags” / sacs.

We purchased four, 4-foot sacks. We received the appropriate 4-foot covers. However, we received liners and foam for three, 4-ft sacks and one, 3-ft sack, making one of our sacks extremely flat and uncomfortable. We have emailed Comfy Sacks three times and called their customer service line without any response or resolution. We only wish to receive what we paid for, but instead, we have been ignored. With this poor of customer service, I would never recommend anyone to purchase from them.

I absolutely let it go! I've laid in multiple lovesacs and this feels just the same in my opinion and you spend a quarter of the price. Great company great product and happy customer! During Thanksgiving my entire family of 20 people wanted to take a turn laying on it. Looks like you guys will be getting another 6 sales haha!!

I bought a comfy sack before for my grandchildren's play room. A big hit. This purchase included comfy sacks for their bedrooms. My grandson prefers to take his nap in the sack. High quality and comfort is unmatchable.
