The 6’ comfy sack we purchased does not have enough foam to support an adult. After sitting in it for more then a couple of minutes you sink to the floor. Was not quite what we were expecting. Edit: fantastic service and very helpful to finding a solution. Additional foam has been sent to solve the issue.

The sack is very comfortable and easy to set up. Although it expanded nicely, it could use a few more pounds of filling. It is supportive, but needs to be fluffed every few hours. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

Comfy Sacks was easy to find online when we needed a replacement for my grandson's sack liner. I ordered and received an email from Janice that the size I needed with the long zipper was out of stock. We corresponded a couple of times, she assured me that transferring the foam contents would be fine with the normal length zipper, so we completed the order. Today we finished the job (takes two people) and the comfy sack is back in Luke's bedroom. Thanks for solving our problem!!

Love it! The Comfy Sack arrived within a week & it's exactly what we were looking for. I plan to purchase another one because it is exactly what we had hoped it would be: the perfect size, color & it's really comfortable.

Super disappointed. Bought this because I thought it was the same brand as our other bean bag. It can't be. It doesn't compare. Much smaller and lumpier. When I sit on it I sink right to the floor. I'm so bummed. CS-609978 3 stars for customer service. I left the above review and comfy sacks reached out to me. They were great, wanting me to love this bean bag. They sent extra stuffing to try and help. The box of stuffing was large and the bean bag is much fuller now. Unfortunately, it is still not very comfortable and is lumpy. The outer cover is quality and I'm happy with the color blue. Again the customer service was quick to respond and was very pleasant to deal with. I wish I could love this bean bag.

Cover is the weak link. the interior sack itself is good, but the covers aren't well constructed. I've only had it for 2 years and the zipper broke. There is no way to fix it so my only option is buying a new cover which is quite expensive. Not sure this would have happened with a LoveSac. I want to love it but this was a major disappointment.

We love our comfy sack! Durable, great to toss someone in to, though I'm sure comfy inc. doesn't condone such behavior except they probably secretly do but can't legally say so because probably good reasons.

I love love love my comfy sack and can't wait to get home to it everyday. It is every bit as comfortable as I anticipated. The only reason I give it four stars is that some of the chunks of foam are big enough to feel individually. It's not a huge deal but sometimes I have to move a piece if it's right in the small of my back or something. Makes it a little lumpy, unlike a bean bag chair, but I would still buy it again with no hesitation. One for each room would be good!

Called twice to cancel order (within 24 hrs) and they have told me that someone would call me back. No one has called me. Service is terrible. Significant holds on the line also. Contact was made after the weekend and they did cancel my order. I have changed my rating from the response following.

We were sceptic that we ordered the right thing, seeing in came in a small box, no where near the 4ft we ordered. It worked great and is super comfortable.

Decided to buy the 7ft comfy sack for me an my fiancee but after a week of rolling 100 pounds around for it to "fluff up" and breaking down the big chunks inside, we are very disappointed to say that the sack is seriously understuffed. We're nearly hitting the floor and constantly adjusting ourselves around the sack and not the other way around. Decided to pay the premium of 350$ but definitely lacking for what it costs. The color and velvet feeling of the sack itself is amazing but that's about it. EDIT: I take back what I said. Comfy sacks really cares about their customers. Our Comfy Sack is wonderful! We purchased the six foot sack which is awesome for two people. It is like sitting on a cloud. It arrived in a big, heavy box which we were super excited to open. The giant sack was so compact in the purple packaging that it was hard to believe it fit in there. Once it was opened, rolled around, massaged for a while we put our fluffy white long haired cover on it. Heaven! Soft to the touch and relaxing to sink into. The only problem we now have is that our dog has decided it is his bed!

I've been a huge fan of our Comfy Sack for the past two and a half years, and will continue recommending this product to everyone who asks about it. The customer support team is quick and efficient, and I appreciate their efforts with issues you may have.

At first I felt there wasn’t enough stuffing but Comfy sacks was so amazing and sent me free stuffing. It’s so perfect now! Customer service is amazing. And we love love love our comfy sack!

Initially, we had an issue with the Comfy Sack being under stuffed. Despite being under stuffed, it was still rather comfortable until the foam packed and the sack spread out like a full-sized mattress. Since that time, Comfy Sacks management has reached out to us and is trying to correct the under stuffed issue. A few days ago, I received an email notifying me that 18 lbs. of additional stuffing has been shipped to me at no extra cost whatsoever. Seems too good to be true but for the fact that I also received notification from FedEx that my package of stuffing is out for delivery. Kudos to Comfy Sack!

I just received my 8ft. Comfy Sack and I LOVE it. This is a great product and I would definitely recommend it!
