United States | 05 October 2018My wife and I like the look and size of the Comfy Sack (we got the 7 footer), however, we both feel like there is not enough foam inside. After sitting on it for 15-20 minutes, I am on the floor. I am a bigger guy, 6’1” 220, but I’m not obese. We went with a foam “beanbag” to try to avoid the issue of the bag losing its form quickly. The Comfy Sack is comfortable until you sink to the floor.

United States | 04 October 2018My box came destroyed, the sac had a slit in it. I was told to go ahead and toss the old one. We did and still have not seen a refund since last Friday or an email response to that questions. It is now Wednesday eve. We have full printouts of all emails, the next step will be legal actions as stated in the last email.

United States | 02 October 2018We purchased covers for bean bag chairs we already had. They are in between the 4 ft and 5 ft size. We ended up returning the 4 ft ones and getting 5 ft, so there is extra material, but the covers are great quality. I love that I can remove and wash them when needed. The return of the 4 ft ones was very easy, and our refund came very promptly

United States | 01 October 2018Love our new comfy sack. Bought the 5ft lounge sack for my daughter and she fell in love with it as soon as she jumped on it. The set up was super easy, just open and fluff a couple times a day until it fills up. Shipping was fast, got it within 3 days.

United States | 13 September 2018I placed my order on August 25, and didn't receive it until I went to pick it up from the FedEx location yesterday, 9/12. I emailed Comfy Sacks customer support two times and received no response, and had to speak with 6 FedEx representatives until I could determine what the shipping issue with my order was. I am very unhappy with this customer service, especially with how much money I paid!

United States | 07 September 2018I have never felt to relaxed so fast as I have laying down on the adult lounger. My kids are requesting that we replace their beds with these as they fall asleep so fast on them. I know it is not what they were intended for but I cannot seem to stay awake for too long after a hard days work when I sit or lay down on one. I bought two adult loungers and 4 kids loungers to replace our sectional couch. Best decision in my recent years. The kids are no longer jumping off the walls when watching movies or playing games, they stay put and relaxed. I bought them based off of warranty and price and feel these are far superior to the competition. I have recommended these to everyone. Still so excited about them. Thank you!!!!

United States | 06 September 2018We ordered two 6 foot sacks but only one cover was sent. We had to call to get another. We also aren't super impressed with the actually size of the sack. We had previously owned a sack and so when we wanted new ones we thought to purchase from you again but these sacks are very low and do not look like the photos you advertise online.

United States | 04 September 2018The chair is pretty amazing and it looks EXACTLY as it does in the images on line (which is not always the case) I did a bedroom makeover for my daughter needless to say she flipped out with a new shag rug and this ridiculously soft and poofy chair.... it was the icing on the cake ! Worth every penny , the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is for a picky consumer i wish it were a little more stuffed . That said its still pretty darn full and with weekly flipping its just fine ..... I would buy another if i had room in my tiny apartment .

United States | 31 August 2018The order process was good but extremely disappointed in the quality of the product. Feels as though you are sitting on the floor there is no support with this premium foam as there is with the name brands... get what you pay for I suppose.

United States | 28 August 2018I purchased the 7.5x3.5x3.5 recently. There is a picture of a man laying on it on the website. I expected the sack to be more firm then what I received. One thin person sinks down to 1 foot off the floor.

United States | 22 August 2018Purchased a 5 foot sack back at the end of July. Upon unpacking, I followed the instructions to break up the foam and allow time for it to expand. After a week, the sack still looked deflated and looked as if it could use more foam. I reached out to them via email to let them know about the issue. Waited a few days and didn't get a response. Even received an automated email encouraging customers to review or contact them with issues. I then proceeded to call after hours (as it is the only time possible for me to do so) and left a message pointing staff to my email. Plenty of time has passed and ComfySack hasn't had anyone reach out to me. If they spent half the time they do touting the fact that Apple has their product at HQ as they did fielding customer service issues, this would most likely be a much better rating.

United States | 21 August 2018I bought a 7.5 ft lounge. It is a very well made and comfortable one. The filling content is very soft and fluffy after we unpacked it, and it is not like beads or making some noise when you move.

United States | 08 August 2018Never received the item I ordered and paid for over a month ago. Called and spoke to someone and received a confirmation that it was shipped. The fedex tracking provided is a dead link with no information. Tried calling back and can't get a person on the phone, only a message that they're all busy and I could leave a message if I wanted to. No thanks. Terrible and frustrating customer service. Furnished an entire new house and this was worst experience I had. Would never order from them again.

United States | 28 July 2018We were excited to order one of these since we had been to the mall and sat on one of the competitor's seats, Lovesac, and loved it. Read some of the reviews (both good and bad) on Comfy sack and decided to give it a try. Very sad that our seat is very lumpy and not enough "fluff" to support two people comfortably. We ordered the larger one to support two people and you almost completely sink to the floor and what you sit on is lumpy. The lovesac was much more plush and did not have the lumps. Grant it, it was alot less but wondering if we should have paid a little more for less lumps. The idea is great and we are still going to use it lumps and all. Not sure if some more filling would help the fluffiness or not.
