Poor communication. Didn't ship the same day took 3 days after we order to ship hopefully they learn what same day shipping is

I love my comfy sac. A couple suggestions though. So I got the 7ft sac and the cover actually has a lot of extra room and it would be pretty great if you could shrink that amount just a little. Also it would be awesome if you guys added a plush cover with fur. But overall it's huge and it's amazing and comfortable.

We love it, it is huge! It does take a LONG time (like 6 hours at least) of trying to separate all the chunks. I would recommend it to anyone though!

All in all great product so far. I owned 2 Monster Saks in the past and while their cover is a little heavier duty so to speak, I actually think this is more comfortable and feels like it will hold up just fine. Too heavy duty can feel stiff and the price difference definitely favors the Comfy Sack. We bought the 7.5 lounger (which could use a bit more filling as others have noted), 6 sack and 7 sack. I wish we had just got two 7 sacks as the 6 isn't really big enough for two. I would gladly exchange the 6 for the 7 and pay the difference but I have no idea how in the world one would go about packing one if these up and sending it back. That's not really Comfy Sacks fault, just wish there was a better way to take advantage if the 30 return/exchange. 7.5 lounger is really cool glad we got that one, may buy another one if comfy wants to work with me on swaping the 6 for a 7 sack. Our loft is almost full, may go one more just to make it the perfect gathering lounge.

How can I express the pure joy this Comfy Sack has brought to us? These are amazing! We got the 6 foot Sack and it has changed everything! Between the jumping adventures to the pure comfort and relaxing support we can only say WOW! Thank You Comfy Sack!

Love our new 6' Lounger! Super comfy for my girlfriend and I. And my three kids (12, 7, and 6) can all fit side by side with some room to spare. It shipped fast and the quality of the liner, cover, and foam all exceeded my expectations. I was initially nervous about the amount of fill/foam not being enough, but after a couple days, this thing was at FULL FLUFF! I can't really say the same for the ottoman, but I'm so happy with the Lounger that I really don't even care that the ottoman seems to be about 2/3's full in comparison. I'd recommend the Lounger in a heartbeat and I'm sure my family and friends will be future customers as well as this thing as been an absolute hit with everyone that's sat in it.

My daughter loves her new comfy sack. She loves curling up in it and reading a book. It is soft, and soooo comfy.

My husband and I bought this as a gift for our three daughters for Christmas. We made our purchase on Black Friday and got a great price. The Comfy Sack has comforted us through a sprained ankle and other ailments. It is so comfortable and we often argue about who will sit smack dab in the middle.

Great product, arrived quickly and everyone loves our new Comfy Sack. The 4' sack is quite large once it fully expands - plenty big for an adult/teen.
