From the start everything was explained to me by Ata, who's customer service is exceptional. I felt at ease from jetting off to arriving in Izmir. The Surgeon Dr Arslan was fantastic and came to see me everyday. Very good experience.

Excellent experience throughout from the start from flying to the end. Transfers to and from hospital and hotel amazing, drivers brilliant. Hospital was amazing, perfect rooms,very cozy ,very clean throughout the hospital.staff were fantastic and kept on top of everything.my surgeon Dr Ergin Arslan fantastic ,came in every day to see me. Our coordinator yunus absolute diamond ,he was on message 24/7 what ever time it was to answer any questions or concerns I had.Nothing was too much for him and I thank him and appreciate it,couldn't of asked for anybody better ! Eva translator, beautiful kind lady,listened and helped if needed anything. Hotel was amazing ,clean,luxury cozy ,would stay there again if ever i go back. All in all Amazing experience,and would recommend 100%

Everybody was so kind and went above and beyond during our stay. Yunas (our coordinator ) was on hand 24/7 to answer any questions/queries anytime we asked we always got an answer/solution months before surgery and still now after. Eva was our go to during the stay in hospital and went above and beyond and Dr Ergin Aslan was our surgeon, who gave top notch care. From arriving at the airport to returning to the airport all the staff was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The hospital was immaculate and amazing rooms, like home from home. The transfers were very good and the hotel rooms are stunning. All in all the staff made it an unforgettable experience.

I was initially quite apprehensive about having this procedure altough I always wanted I was too afraid as I really don't like hospitals or ever even go to the doctors here in UK. I had somehow got into watching nose job videos in Turkey and then decided it was time lol...I researched surgeons & chose Dr Damla as I wanted a female surgeon & liked her work... her team visited my town for consultations. ( Which was the deciding factor for me to be able to meet with them before flying out is so reassuring ). The moment we met, I made up my mind to have my Septoplasty/Rhinoplasty with her as she was so lovely and knew exactly what I wanted from the procedure. After care responses from her were very quick although I knew she was very busy. My co- ordinator was Batuhan a very nice natured guy with timely and informative responses he's obviously very good at his job as everything went smoothly...hes actually someone i would value as a friend! The hospital, Ozel Saglik was impeccably clean & high end...as was my apartment in Myway Delux Residence ... situated 5 mins walk from the seafront a lovely place to sit and heal...or eat as there are lots of nice restaurants. The whole package was infact perfect for me...Thankyou Gozde International hospitals Dr Damla, Batuhan nurses etc and All those I met!

Shocking communication! I was looking at having bariatric surgery but I didn’t get as far as having any surgery with this hospital (with the experience I DID have maybe that’s for the best). I did however get as far as making enquiries and sending over personal confidential medical information to them so this review is based solely on this. Initially I was very impressed, the flow of correspondence was effective, prompt and timely. However once I sent over personal information as requested by them communication stopped. I sent multiple further messages enquiring as to what the issue was. The messages showed as read but no reply. Just damn right rude. When I pointed this out to them they stopped even reading them (so I assume they blocked me)? Didn’t even have the decency to say they wouldn’t/couldn’t proceed…nothing! Businesses that FAIL to even manage the basics such as communication/customer service are a HUGE red flag in my book…

I got my gastric sleeve surgery on 21st October at the ozel saglik hospital (premium) with Dr mehmet deniz. honestly the care from start to finish was incredible. All the staff and Dr mehemt are all so lovely. Whenever you need assistance they are there within seconds and will do all they can to help. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone who's thinking of going, you will not be disappointed. The hotel my way deluxe is beautiful too and everything is so so clean. I would chose here over and over again. There is no messing about when it comes to your health with them. Unfortunately for some people they may be refused surgery when over only after the pre op tests they carry out. They aren't gonna take any risks and put you at risk which in my opinion is a really good thing. Again amazing care from start to finish. THANK YOU FOR CHANGING MY LIFE, HERE IS TO MY FUTURE xxxx

My medical. Coordinator was jenna ( miss speedy 😂). My surgeon was assoc. Prof Dr ismail yaman. Surgery was 25.10.23. Stayed at ozel saglik hospital. Cannot fault one thing. From booking with Sam until leaving today. Everyone was kind, caring, patient and willing to answer any questions. I travelled alone but never felt alone once. My room was spotless from arrival. To discharge. Medication and pain relief given regularly and I never once flt scared. Would really recommend. So glad I decided to use get slim in Turkey for my surgery. Very grateful

From the moment I chose Gozde I was given a co-ordinator called Yigitcan. He was amazing answering the many questions I had & reassuring me every step of the way. Upon arrival to özel saglik hospital my experience was smooth & stress free. I booked my surgery with Dr Mehmet Deniz, he & his team were amazing from start to finish. Very friendly & reassuring. There were no language barriers. The hospital was spotlessly clean & my translator Victor was lovely, thoroughly explaining everything to me. I only have great things to say about the whole experience & would recommend anyone going for surgery with Gozde & Dr Mehmet Deniz & his team.

I had my gastric sleeve on 5th of October with Dr. Arslan in the Ozel Saglic hospital. I had a great experience from start to finish. Devrim was my coordinator, helped with all questions I had. Once arrived to hospital Eva, Dr Arslans assistant looked after, such a lovely caring and helpful lady she is. Made feel at ease and had genuinely cared. Dr Arslan is such an amazing genuine doctor, visited twice a day answered all questions. I was in room 202 and the care staff were amazing any time I needed attention the nurses were there straight away. Unfortunately I didn't get their name but there is a young girl nurse and the short male nurse were amazing, and I am so grateful. All in all very happy with the care, attention and hospital.

Alp was my co-ordinator and just amazing from the start, answered all my questions, however silly and made me feel comfortable. He also came to see me twice in the hospital 10/10 Dr Arslan was so lovely and came to check on me every day answering any questions, along with Evra who is the sweetest thing and very helpful.

I had my surgery on the 11th Oct by Dr yeldan I cannot fault him or any of the staff. They are so attentive and friendly. Gave outstanding care while I was there, would definitely recommend gozde economy hospital. Thank you for everything xx

I had a sleeve on the 5th of October. Excellent service,my doctor was Dr Ismail Yaman. I want to express my particular thanks to the nurses who work very professionally and work very hard and we’re very kind. Hospital was like a high end hotel. Can’t recommend enough.

I first got in touch with Piril Ece Akin and she was great provided me with everything I needed to know and helped my through out my journey she’s amazing I could not fault her , also my doctor was dr ismail yaman great surgeon I was really pleased with , all the staff with in the hospital was outstanding I was continually cared for through out my stay hats off to them all there’s not much I can do or say other than a massive thank you 🙏 and I am so happy I chose here for my procedure and do not regret it , I would recommend to all who’s thinking about it just go it’s outstanding

Would like to recommend my coordinator Melis Sunar. She was amazing very professional and very helpful. Always responded too me when I messaged her. Made my process so much easier and put me at ease.

Yigitcan Kolac was my coordinator and he was great with me from the beginning, answered all my questions and any concerns I had he was very kind and would help put me at ease. He come to see me too to make sure I was ok after surgery and again answered any questions I had and kept in contact with me the whole time, checking up on me and asking how I was, even when I returned home. Staff were lovely at the hospital before and after surgery. Always checking up on you and trying to get you motivated and up on your feet and help you with your recovery.

I had my operation on the 10th October and my experience was grate from start to finish Dr Aslan was very good and all his staff was to very thorough and professional they staff were there all the time and when u needed them I found there language very good and I understand most off them but the theatre staff could really speak much English but not bad as who needs this when ur there all off 10 min as then ur out off it but my all experience was grate Carnot complain about anything

Vor knapp zwei Wochen wurde ich in Izmir von Dr. Damla Özdemir operiert. Ich wurde von Anfang an von Duygu Cabaz über den ganzen Verlauf und die Planung (Transfer ins KH, Hotel, Op) informiert ind begleitet. Ich musste nichts weiter tun, nur meinen Flugticket buchen und ab nach Izmir. :) Die Op erfolgte gleich am nächsten Tag. Die Ärztin Dr. Damla Özdemir hat sich vor der Op alles angeschaut, alles mit mir besprochen und erklärt, alle meine Fragen beantwortet und ist auf meine Wünsche eingegangen. Während meines Aufenthaltes im KH wurde ich von Duygu Cabaz und Yagmur Eker begleitet. Beide waren stets für mich da, immer per Whatsapp erreichbar und für alle Fragen und Sorgen erreichbar. Ich möchte mich für die super Organisation und für die tolle Arbeit bei allen im Team ganz herzlich bedanken! Ich bin froh, dass ich es hinter mich gebracht habe und mich für Dr. Damla Özdemir entschieden habe. Auch nach der OP beantwortet sie mir sämtliche Fragen und ist immer erreichbar. Danke 🙏

Had my gastric sleeve done at gozde izmir the economy hospital the 1st august 2023 started at 15.9 I’m 12.4 now 12 weeks post op, not had a single problem at all my inscisions are beautifully beat my coordinater was bathuan and my surgeon was Dr mehmet kemiksiz, he was absolutely fantastic and is such a lovely man I highly reccomend

We have had excellent experience here for my wife's surgery. From start to finish everything is professional,very clean hospital with friendly staff. We have felt this was the best place to have come. And would highly recommend to any of our friends and family. Our coordinator Devrim was very helpful and always available when we needed any help.
