I don't usually write reviews unless I feel the real need to, but I need to express my experience at The Gozde International Hospital. I have recently come back from having surgery and from start to finish the level of care was outstanding! Especially my Medical Consultant Mert. If it wasn't for his kindness and understanding from the start I could have chosen elsewhere and I'm so glad I didn't, plus I can still message Mert anytime of the day and he is there instantly to help with any concerns or advise....a truly kind and honest individual. The hospital itself is 5* and better then any private healthcare I have been to in the UK, also it was so clean and immaculate I have never seen anything like it to be honest. Yes some staff didn't speak English, but that wasn't an issue as all nurses have Google translate on phones they carry so not a problem at all. I was also blown away by how hard all the team work to make sure your stay is an unforgettable one, the level of care is truly outstanding and makes you feel you're the only person who is of importance.....Eva was truly amazing and there with me all through my journey at the hospital this girl never sleeps!! Everything is explained and transparent there is no hidden charges like other hospitals do, Gozde International is definitely a cut above the rest and I will chose them every single time. I can't thank my surgeon enough or the team that make this Hospital what it is, because without them it would have made my experience really tough.

From start to finish the overall experience was a good one … Interaction with rep was good always replied on time Pick up from the airport was on time and effortless Hotel check in perfect lift to hospital on time Went to premium for pre op tests and then off to economy where I joked could I go first because it was my birthday and they took me first thankfully.. first down from my floor but 5th back as it takes me longer to come round after anaesthetic.. pain meds administered as needed and was allowed back to hotel a day early after having drains removed My only bad experience (and it was my own fault ) was I have pink hair 😂 which when I washed I got some hair dye on a towel which I was charged 20e for (which was totally fine) but I asked for the towel back in order to use it for my hair and didn’t get it which meant I couldn’t wash my hair when showering but that’s a small problem after a big operation… currently awaiting my hospital notes Also had a hernia repair (which I didn’t bring the money for and was allowed to pay within the month ) All in all great staff great doctors and great experience

The doctor and the staff are absolute professionals! I am so glad I chose them ! This is a very good experience knowing that I had 4 surgeries .

I would like to write this Review because I would like to thank Dr Mehmet deniz and his team for the outstanding care I received during my gastric sleeve operation. From booking it to actually going, the communication was excellent, first night stay in the lovely my way deluxe hotel, was picked up following morning and taken to meet Dr Mehmet deniz and team, everything was explained thoroughly about what the operation entails, and my questions were answered so felt at ease. I had lots of preop tests too make sure I was well enough to have the gastric sleeve. They did an endoscopy test also to ensure no hernias or gall stones, which none were found. The operation itself went well, was looked after in recovery, and the nursing team constantly checking I was okay and doing my observations, pain relief, antisickness, antibiotic drips given straight away. I cannot fault any of my time at the hospital. I would highly recommend Dr Mehmet deniz 100 percent. The aftercare even now they contact me also my dietician to see how I'm doing. If anybody thinking of having gastric sleeve surgery research it but honestly you won't have nothing too worry about you will be looked after. I am 3 stone down already from 23rd of June. To opt for bariatric surgery is a huge decision and mental journey to go on. I went with Gozde as their hospitals have high reviews, their surgeons are easy to find and research online and ultimately I have friends who have been with them and recommended. My coordinator Busra reached out to support me after my friend gave her my number - she was able to arrange my surgery and dates to align with my friends’ already booked surgery with Dr Mehmet Kemiskiz. I had questions answered in a timely manner and was contacted in advance of my travel by Serenay who was also informative and helpful. Both girls were super friendly and helped put me at ease. When I arrived in Izmir, everything went as explained with the meet, transfer and check-in at the hotel (which was lovely). I made use of the lovely shower and toiletries to have a lovely pamper before being picked up on time, the following morning. The pre-operative tests were thorough. I was settled in to my hospital room before endoscopy which went well. The porters and nurses were really friendly and polite and a few I was able to have good conversation with. Surgery was over in a flash, everyone in the surgical room were so friendly and put me at ease as I was laughing and dancing from the anaesthetic! It was quite a way to go out and when I came round the nurser and porter from our floor were easing me awake and supporting me to dress and helped me walk a lap of the hallway. I was left to rest with pain and sickness medication. The rest of the stay went as expected, check-ins daily with the surgeon and his medical team - when I had a reaction to some meds, the nurse acted very quickly to reverse the effects and he communicated promptly with the doctor to get me a new antibiotic. All of the nurses were fantastic during my stay from 12 Sept-15th and made our stay a funny one on floor 4! We all really enjoyed the care and laughs and bedside manner. I would absolutely recommend (and have recommended) this group to friends also looking to have the Gastric sleeve surgery. I’m home in recovery and doing very well with good information from the dietician and equipped with the right meds to support my recovery. For the price you pay, it is very good value for money and the response of medical care is very good. Thank you Dr K & Dr A (who are both absolutely lovely and reassuring) for helping me change my life for the better <3

I had a rhinoplasty procedure performed by Dr. Damla, two months ago. I am so satisfied with the results so far. The surgery went smoothly and I am recovering so good. After the surgery Dr. Damla gave me her phone number and whatever I had any questions about my nose I sent her messages and she always responded. I highly recommend Dr. Damla. My nose looks beautiful and and also, feels completely natural. Thank you very much Dr. Damla!

Gozde Economy Hospital Izmir My co-ordinator Busra was so helpful from my million of questions to helping with flights, easing my worries and also helping my friend to book on the same time As me! The Hotel - my way deluxe The hotel was lovely and ideal for what we needed, clean beds, hot shower and bottles water provided in the rooms. Also hairdryer and toiletries in the shower. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we didn’t use this so I cannot comment. there is a lovely restaurant down the road which was cheap and lovely. (Right out of the hotel, green and pink chairs outside) The Hospital The hospital was great, a little dated but absolutely spotless. From being checked in, paying and being allocated my room there was no issues. We did have to wait a bit longer due to it being busy the day I was booked for surgery. The nurses who provided my care were second to none! I could not fault them to be honest, when I had pain within a few minutes I had pain relief! I was given a bag of medications on discharge, and had a meeting with the dietician that went through diets and what to do for the next few weeks until I am healed, including exercise routines. Dr Arslan and Dr Kemikez were absolutely wonderful, from the initial meeting to being discharged everything went as it should! My mum was my companion and she was given 3 meals a day in the hospital, she enjoyed them they varied pasta/salad/fruit breakfast was a continental egg, ham, fruit and some bread. The area outside the hotel isn’t the best, but in all honesty my mum went out with one of the other companions and found some shops and cafes and stuff. I really would recommend this hospital and team, the service I received was great! Since having my op done I have had a few messages off my lovely coordinator checking in and making sure all is ok.

Iv booked my op and the medical consultant Burcin could not be more helpful and prompt with all her information iv needed.

All staff were amazing from my co ordinator yigitcan to Dr arslan my surgeon. The hotel was lovely and the hospital unfortunately out some uk hospitals to shame . All of the staff spoke English and if they didn't know some words they used Google translate. Eva was my co ordinator once then and I seen her at least once a day and helped where ever she could. I couldn't have asked for a better experience

Dr. Serkan Gökpınar , an amazing surgeon who did my rhinoplasty 3 weeks ago. Beautiful and realistic, gave me my dream nose and more. Also amazing coordinator , Alp. He was extremely supportive and caring , friendly even at 2am he was there to resolve my incident and made my stay very pleasant . Overall, amazing service by the surgeon, Alp and few nurses.

I can only say "wow" I left Italy to have a rhinoplasty with Dr. Damla. what to say? I'm too happy and satisfied, now my nose is perfect just like I've always dreamed of. The doctor is very professional, kind, attentive and available for every request and is a very sweet person. I immediately trusted at first sight... the hospital is modern and very clean and the staff is very professional and helpful. I felt like at home. thanks for everything, Angelica💗💗💗

I’ve come from the UK to Izmir after doing a lot of research to get a gastric sleeve They have a translator which was amazing, the standard were amazing, just as good, if not better than the UK, and I’m now a week post-op and feel amazing, and have had nothing but a positive experience. Cannot rec come to enough x

I booked for gastric sleeve surgery for March 6th 2023 through Afaf with Dr Ergin Arslan. Since then, I have lost 6 stone and I have my whole life back. I couldn't or wouldn't of gone through this process without Afaf. She has been vital in getting me through this process. Afaf is a massive credit to Godze and I couldn't recommended her, or Dr Ergin Arslan enough. Thank you all for giving me my life back. I consider Afaf a friend as we still stay in touch and I still send her photos of my progress. Thank you to the whole team at Godze you truly change lives, I thank you for giving me my life back. And a massive shout out to Afaf for being absolutely fantastic, organised, caring and just super lovely. And of course Dr Ergin Arslan.. you are a very talented man.

My experience with Ata was second to none, he was informative and kind. He was the reason I chose to go with this hospital instead of the many others I was in touch with. All payments were made securely online - so didn’t have to worry. I struggled to get the right preop support but Ata was so helpful in taking over and finding someone else to help me. We were greeted at the airport and taken to a nice hotel. The following day was the procedure. The pre-procedure medical checks went very well and were thorough. The only issue was the state of the hospital. It was dated and not very modern. The water turned off for about 6 hours which meant you couldn’t flush the toilets - and the smell was terrible. The staff at the hospital couldn’t speak any English. So that part would be 3*** Besides the two days in hospital the rest of the process was incredible.

On September 13, 2023, I had surgery performed by Dr. Damala, I am very satisfied with the course of the operation, everything went smoothly, I should. Dr. Damala is a wonderful person, the hospital staff is also very nice and caring... With a clear conscience, I can very high recommend Dr. Damala to perform the procedure. Thank You very much Doctor for everything

My Coordinator ALP deserves five stars he has been amazing throughout my journey,All other staff were good too very attentive. Everything went smoothly and transfers were so easy. ALP is very good with all my questions promptly replying even on weekends and evenings made my journey run so smoothly

My experience was great from start to finish. I was sleeved on 1/9/23 by prof Ergin Arslan. My care was exceptional from booking till discharge. I was at ozel saglik. Hospital was spotless , the pre op tests were brilliant , even picking up an ovarian cyst. The nurses are all exceptional. Would recommend to anyone thinking about booking, going back next year for TT and new boobs.

Ich habe mit Göksu Gökkaya meinem Dolmetscher für Gözde international Hospital Kontakt aufgenommen, und meinen Wunsch der Nasenkorrektur besprochen und meinen Aufenthalt geplant es lief alles reibungslos und unkompliziert ab. Er ist so ein hilfsbereiter und lieber Mann und für alle fragen da.Meine Nasenkorrektur am 4.09.2023 bei Dr Damler lief wie geplant, es gab vorab ein persönliches Gespräch mit ihr und wünsche wurden besprochen was möglich und nicht möglich ist. Die Nase ist super geworden schmerzen waren minimal bis keine vorhanden. Man kann jederzeit sich an Dr Damla mit fragen wenden sie ist immer für ein da genauso wie Göksu Gökkaya. Wer eine ehrlich Klinik möchte der ist hier genau richtig. Meine Partnerin war auch schon zwei mal hier einmal im Januar für eine Magenverkleinerung und im März für eine nasenkorrektur such bei Dr Damla. Sie ist einfach super alle sind hier super nett. My Coordinator Devrim Umut Ulusoydan deserves five stars alone. All other staff were good too very attentive. Everything went smoothly and all transfers. Devrim made time to visit me and checked on my well being also gave me a lucky charm which is lovely. His English is very good on point any problems I had he dealt with prior to my visit and whilst I was at hospital in turkey.

I have booked my surgery for new year, my coordinator Saida has been so helpful, I couldn't of asked for a more professional kind lady then her. She has made the booking process so easy and stress free. Can't wait to go. X
