Ich bin auf die Klinik Gözde Hospitals über die sozialen Medien aufmerksam geworden. Der erste Kontakt erfolgte über WA mit Beraterin und Dolmetscherin Duygu Çabaz. Ich wollte mich lediglich informieren über Kosten, Abläufe, etc. Ich hatte jedoch schnell ein sehr gutes Gefühl, weil alles super erklärt und beantwortet wurde und entschied mich sogar innerhalb von Tagen mich der schon lange überfälligen OP (Septumdeviation + Ästhetik) zu unterziehen. Anzahlung, Planung und alles weitere verlief total easy dank perfekter Kommunikation seitens Duygu. Vor Ort war ebenfalls alles einwandfrei, sei es der Transfer oder die Klinik. Die OP wurde von Dr. Damla Nihan Özdemir ausgeführt. Das Vorgespräch mit der Ärztin war super, es wurde auf meine Wünsche und Probleme eingegangen, stets mit einer Beraterin an meiner Seite, in diesem Fall war es auch Yağmur Eker. Ich habe mich stets gut aufgehoben gefühlt, konnte jederzeit eine der Beraterinnen und sogar die Ärztin persönlich über Whatsapp erreichen und es gab immer sofort Hilfe :) Die Klinik gleicht fast einem Hotel, sauber und modern, die Krankenschwestern hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel ebenso, modern und sauber. Die OP selber und alles andere war eine super Erfahrung, ich bin froh es in der Türkei gemacht zu haben. Bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Ihr könnt es mit schönen Tagen in Izmir verbinden, lernt tolle Menschen kennen und seid in guten Händen. Ich kann es jedem nur weiterempfehlen. Ich möchte mich hier nochmal bei Dr. Damla, Duygu und Yağmur und dem ganzen Team bedanken.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I had breast reduction by Dr Polat and am more than happy. This man changed my life. All the staff at the hospital were professional, spoke excellent English so no language barrier at all, the care before, during and after the surgery was flawless. Managed my pain, looked after my wounds helped me recover with ease and kept my husband informed of everything throughout. I highly recommend this hospital, Dr Polat and all the staff for any plastic surgery. The hospital itself is also immaculate, 5 star and has the best medical equipment and top quality facilities.

I’m so happy with the results I’m 4 months PO and lost 7 stone the whole experience was fantastic the care and support I received was incredible especially Devrim umut ulusoydan this man is so supportive and the aftercare is perfect every time I txt he answers straight away I have friends in uk who is thinking about have a gastric sleeve done and I will pass his number on amazing man

From the very beginning of getting in contact, they have been amazing! I was put in touch with Piril whose communication with me has been excellent. She explained everything, wasn’t pushy and answered all my questions (even when I’d messaged late in the evening - them being 2hrs ahead). Every detail was just perfect on my pick up day from the airport, very organised. I cannot fault the cleanliness of the Hotel, the Hospitals and the care I was given throughout. Very thorough with examinations, very caring and along with all the nurses and Dr Arslan, first class service. Every member of staff was polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend, I cannot fault them.

I had a coordinator whose name was alp, he was amazing through out from the moment I booked with him, he answered every question or worries I had he always reassured me through, and he came to see me straight after I woke from theatre to make sure I was okay, I've also passed his number on to friends I 100%recommend him..

Io sono venuta dall'italia per incontrare la dottoressa Damla Nihan Özdemir, ed è stata bravissima,mi ha fatto un naso meraviglioso, è l'ospedale è un posto molto bello, sembrava di stare in una camera d'albergo . Una dottoressa che consiglio vivamente, se volete un bel naso.

Ich weiß ehrlich gesagt nicht von wo ich anfangen soll. Rhinoplasty war schon immer ein Wunsch von mir gewesen. Diese konnte ich dank der Beratung seitens Duygu Cabaz und der lieben Chirurgen Dr. Damla Nihan Özdemir verwirklichen. Bei mir lief alles bis jetzt einwandfrei. Was ich nur machen musste meine drei Sachen einpacken und auf den OP Termin warten. Alles wurde von Duygu Cabaz organisiert. Sei es der Transfer, das Hotel etc. Ich musste wirklich um nichts kümmern. Sonst ist es ja üblich, dass man sich um alles kümmern muss. Ich habe meine Op schon hinter mir deswegen kann ich auch aus reinem Gewissen sagen, dass ich die richtige Adresse gefunden habe. Ich bedanke mich recht herzlich an Duygu Cabaz für Ihre Bemühungen und für Ihre Arbeit die Sie tagtäglich leisten muss. Ich bin eine Persönlichkeit ich habe immer mal da oder mal da mal offene Fragen, aber Duygu hat Sie mir bis jetzt immer beantwortet. Sie ist jeder Zeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und eine sehr nette junge Dame. Vielen lieben dank an Gözde International Hostpital 🙏🏽❤️

I had rynoplastic this is just a slight warning for people like me .. your conceltation is brief very briefe like 5/10 mins on computer .. my co ordinate did explain or explain for me either .. they don’t answer messages after either so if you go take loads pics and make sure you thoroughly tell them what you want .. on cast off it was quick off and out no much talking glance of mirror then off you went .. not like the reveal you hoped and dreamed of .. Don’t get me wrong the hospital was lovley clean and holtel after was really nice Surgeon was lovley .. I also didn’t have a medical assistant so no one to message on the last day they said she left .. so no at all got sorted to communicate Although my nose is not one I desired it is nice and a lot better But the conceltation is very quick mins and lack of communication so be prepared although I did send my surgeon a message saying what my desired look I want before hand I got a reply we discuss in conceltation So don’t message surgeon as she did use my info what wrote in the conceltation.. hope this helps someone in futeure reference I would definitely use again but I’d be very prepared pictures everything as the conceltation and communication was not enough

Had my gs done 5 weeks ago with dr Arslan at the premium hospital from start to finish was very well looked after hospital very clean staff fantastic and very helpful and Llayda my coordinator answered all of my questions very quickly and made me feel at ease booking it all very recommended hotel was also lovely

Had gastric sleeve 07.08.2023, the operation and after service has been great, my co ordinator piril has been great to even 9 weeks after surgery i can still contact her and the team for any advice, I've had no complications and very happy with the service

The staff were all lovely and friendly. My coordinator answered any questions I had. The language barrier was difficult but all the staff had a translator on their phone. I would of liked things to be explained a bit more in depth but this could of been because of the language barrier. The hospital was clean and treated my mom (who came with me to support me) really well.

5 von 5,alles war perfekt,Krankenhaus ist neu, alles ist modern und neu. Komplette Betreuung von Krankenschwestern im Krankenhaus bis zur meiner Chirurgin. Und vielen Dank an Duygu mit der ich alles von Anfang an Vereinbart habe und die mich auch im Krankenhaus mehrmals besuchte und sicher stellte das mir garnix fehlt. Vielen Dank 🎉

Both my wife and myself went for a gastric sleeve after a lot of background checks this was the hospital to be. The coordinators were very helpful from landing to pick up to hotel to hospital. once at hospital were were all informed of steps to be taken and all pre checks were done with speed and professionalism. During op and as we suspected my wife had a lot of gall stones so they removed this at same time. we basically arrived at hotel 08:00 and i had all pre tests, operation and was walking around at 14:00 same day. day staff were great. Surgeon was absolutely fantastic and post op discussion to listen to our thoughts was great. I cannot recommend this place and staff enough and would rather have op there than in UK

The whole experience from start to the end was perfect. My hospital coordinator was Ata, he is a brilliant coordinator and an excellent communicator. He gave me all the information I needed to know and answered all the questions prior to going to the hospital. Everything was arranged and transparent the communication was brilliant. The hospital is super clean and The surgery itself went very smoothly with no complications. All the staff at the hospital were lovely, professional and caring. I met my surgeon the very handsome and talented Dr Eyup Yeldan🤩 before the surgery and explained everything, putting me at ease. Dr Yeldan came to check on me twice daily after the operation and answered all questions i had. I highly recommend Dr Yeldan, he is meticulous, experienced and professional. I couldn’t fault him or all the staff. I’m fact I’m already planning to save up and go back to have my mommy makeover at Gozde Hospital. My experience was fantastic. Thank you to everyone who made this journey possible 🙏🏽

From the moment I first walked through the hospital doors to leaving after surgery I had nothing but great service and care. I was operated on by Dr Mehmet Deniz 13-05-22. Him and his team are 10/10 I went back to accompany a family member for the same operation September 2022 and everything was exactly the same. Great man and wonderful team. Christian Sharp.

I had Gastric sleeve nearly 6 weeks ago now and despite me going by myself (my choice obviously) and no WiFi in the hospital which was really distressing as I had no way of contacting family and a terrible and unhelpful nurse on my first night at the hospital after surgery, my overall experience was a good one. The other nurses were caring and approachable. Once your discharged and taken to the hotel (which was lovely) there was absolutely no contact from them but luckily I was okay so not an issue. Overall I would recommend

From the beginning of looking into this and from being home recovering my coordinator has stayed in contact, always replys straight away even in the middle of the night when I needed help at the hotel. Not only this but Ata came to visit me twice. Nothing was ever to much trouble and always went out his way making the experience smooth and positive. Thankyou so much Ata

I had a positive experience at the Gozde hospital in Izmir and was impressed with the transport, cleanliness, attention to patients, the pre op testing and all the staff who looked after myself and my companion. My first contact was with Devrim via WhatsApp and he had been answering my questions right from the start. He kept in touch and passed along any medical stuff to the Drs so they could see my health concerns before even going there. Even had a visit after the op ! The transport coordinator provided details of where to get picked up etc at the airport with times of journeys to and from the hospital I would have no hesitation of going back again if I decide on future treatment Thankyou Devrim and everyone who was part of my journey to better health Well I'm 7 weeks post op and all is well! Lost almost 2 stone, no longer need BP pills, stopped snoring lol ( think my sleep apnoea has resolved itself) so i am very happy . Dr Deniz has been answering my messages and has looked at my follow up blood test results. Feel genuinely cared for❤️

One week post-op review! I went with Dr Damla Özdemir for a closed rhinoplasty and endoscopic brow lift. I found her Instagram while researching and felt that she was a good choice for the results I was looking for (natural ones) and also I felt really comfortable having a female surgeon as it is proven to have less revisions if you go with a female. The sales team responded quickly and I booked my treatment couple weeks after. Communication was always fast, I arrived and was immediately picked up and driven to the hospital to get my tests done. Couple hours later I met with the Doctor for a consultation. She was lovely - calm and friendly, I immediately felt safe. I explained what results I was looking for and I feel like she really understood and tried her best to make me happy. Her medical consultant Yagmur was also really helpful and friendly. These two ladies really made me feel like I had make a good choice and I honestly felt really good about everything. The hospital was so clean, my room felt like a modern hotel room. During the whole week the team was helpful and attentive even if everyone didn’t speak English properly, they always tried their best to help out. When I got my cast removed, the team was there, we all laughed and had a good time. Dr Damla even let me squeeze her hands when I was nervous, which I thought was really cute as her hands are the most important thing for her job. In the future maybe Yagmur should be the one to hold folks hands for Dr Damlas safety 🤣 I am very grateful for her team, they all made my experience with surgery wonderful. Thank you Dr Damla, Yagmur and the nurse which name I never got ❤️ The hotel we stayed at was nice, the kitchen was not equipped but the restaurant food was good so it didn’t matter. It was a bit expensive to be Turkey but normal prices for us in north of Europe. I got soup with nothing in it for 8€ and salmon steak for 17€, the first was very overpriced, the second not too much just to give you a picture. Also, they charged me 45£ for late check out which I was never informed I would have to do otherwise I would have checked out in time so be aware of this. I would say everything has been 5 stars so far. I am still waiting to see my end results of course but so far I have no complaints. I will update my review in a month and then another update in 6 months when the swelling has gone down. So far I can recommend everyone to book their treatment with Dr Damla and her team!
