My experience was amazing with dr damla and her team, dr damla was very professional throughout the whole process and was very real and upfront and stayed very honest with me which I really appreciate. The care I received afterwards, especially through an amazing night nurse, nurse damla, she was amazing and super helpful and gentle whilst caring for me, also my co ordinator, Yagmur, was super helpful throughout and always had a positive and happy vibe, she also helped and answered any question I had and assisted with any requests I had which was super helpful.

I have researched and been in contact with multiple hospitals in Turkey and GOZDE provided me with the best service. No question unanswered, any time of day or night. Very patient and checked multiple dates with out any problem. Nothing was too big an ask and I have finally booked my surgery. Coordinator has been fabulous and met all my needs. I’m very excited for the next step and feel confident I have chosen the right hospital

The care I received was exceptional and would recommend to anyone who is thinking of a gastric sleeve. The hospital room had an on suite. I was looked after the nurses very regularly. You get support 24/7 and replies are very prompt from the co ordinator. The medical consultant Ata helped me through out the process and was very prompt in replying to all my queries. Thanks

Had a sleeve gastrectomy at Gozde International Hospital, in Izmir. Everything was taken care of, from transfers to mineral water! Pre-op tests were thorough and fairly quick, not too much hanging around. Before I knew it, it was time for surgery and then it was all done! The nurses took good care of me and I never had to ask for pain relief or anything, they were on it! Thank you to Ayupe, my main nurse, he was wonderful and so kind, and also Yigitcan (medical coordinator) who was so helpful and always answered my questions very promptly and reassured me. My surgeon, Dr. Arslan, was very nice and surgery went well, no complications. My recovery is going well and I have absolutely no regrets! Thank you to everyone at Gozde!

I was scared going to an unknown place. When I got there everything went as was explained. From hotel to hospital. Before and after surgery. I was comfortable. It was affordable. Everything was explained. No hidden cost. Thank you Llyayda for all your help. Even the guy driving shuttle and hotel receptionist they were great. Gozde hospital and staff I thank you. My gastric sleeve surgery went well.

Just returned from being sleeved. My co ordinator Piril was lovely, answered all my questions, even on her wedding day and honeymoon she was replying. Can't fault her at all. Went above and beyond to help me and put my mind at ease.Just gutted I didn't get to meet her.

Great experience with the Gozde hospital between me and my partner we have bin there 4 times in last 2 years. Can’t fault them at all.

From first contact to returning home, Gozde staff have supported me, answered my questions and provided me with 1st class care in a beautifully clean hospital. All the staff were helpful, efficient and supportive. I was never left scared, worried or in pain. Treatment and costs were fully transparent. My only regret was not going for treatment sooner! I travelled alone but was fully cared for and my coordinator even visited me after surgery. I can not thank Dr Deniz and his great team for caring for me and giving me another chance of a good quality life. For that I am eternally grateful.

Was a great experience, everyone very friendly, the whole experience was very easy . Collected from airport to dropping of at airport. Staff at hospital was so Lovely and surgery went very well. Llayda was my co- ordinater and she answered all my questions I had . Would highly recommend,

All went well and no problems- ended up with a blood transfusion and an extra night but no further charges. Most of the nurses were kind and caring. On my last day as it was a extra day I was totally ignored had to ask for my protein shake and apple juice, no observations done for the extra day I was in there- still had my drain so couldn’t leave which I wanted to. Rooms are not cleaned daily despite asking.

Das Krankenhaus ist wunderschön aber die Krankenschwestern sehr grob und großteils sehr unfreundlich. Schmerzmitteln haben nicht geholfen. Den einzigen den ich die 5 Sterne geben würde war der Dolmetscher Göksu Gökkaya. Er war immer steht’s bemüht und super freundlich. Auf Angstpatienten wird kein Rücksicht genommen. Ich bin halbwegs zufrieden mit mein Endergebnis aber ganz genau wie ich es haben wollte ist es nicht geworden. Die Ärztin kriegt auch 5 Sterne von mir weil sie super freundlich ist und mir bis heute immernoch immer antwortet auf all meine Fragen und mich Monate nach der op immernoch begleitet bis ich es endgültig geschafft habe. Ich finde 3 Sterne sind in diesen Fall gerechtfertigt.
